I am at that point of my life where literally everything is falling off. I have no ray of hope. I am completely devastated by the challenges of life. To howsoever reading this, you're not alone. We are all unhappy and struggling.
Spend half an hour. Take a pen and paper. And start daydreaming about what you will do after you get out from bad situation. What will you do in 10-20 years. When you have money, a good partner, children. What will you do when you have a loving family and good respectable work. When everyone actually loves you. Keep visualising. That will become your why. I have been through this toxic home, can't work, everything is falling off situation. And let me tell you, everything of it will be alright. Stay strong bro. 💪

I was struggling to study then I somehow using David goggins approch to not fear the mind I made myself study So today I was solving questions of jee and got stuck and was thinking to leave it,making my self esteem to cripple,came on RUclips to escape and boom This man posted this thing Now it's clear that the unsolved questions are my motivation to get more into it

I have zero contribution in my family. This lack of self worth burns me from within. I have 0 aukat. I am graduate but unemployed. I have my parents money but no real friends and partner. 0 ghante kaam kiya. Din waste Kiya, weeks waste kiye, 3 saal waste hone ko aa gaye. Many times I tried to fight back but find myself still stuck in the same situation. No, I am not asking for help. I'm venting out, stating it, to remember that I wrote something which shows me my reflection. Which tells that I'm not the best. I was performing very efficiently 2 and a half years ago, when I was in 10th. Studying 14+ hours a day. Then came the downfall. COVID, lockdown, lost the momentum, fell too far behind, attempted suicide more than the times I gave my jee mains exam, failed miserably in both of them. Barely kept my head above water by getting 78% in 12th. Currently in a private engineering college, 1st semester, which are conducting exams ahead of time to manage semesters. I have my exams starting from the day after tomorrow. And here I am wasting my time. I can say that I'm trying to get better. I used to maintain BMI of around 19-20 back when I was in 9th, then after COVID, I was weighing around 110kgs. I weigh 78kg now. Once these mid sem tests, are over, I will go back to getting my body in shape. I'm seeing results in my physical aptitude. But I can't say that for my academic one, as for mental, yes I have improved quite a lot, from constantly trying to kill myself to thinking about my future, that's progress. I stay unfazed by many challenges which I would've never been a few years ago. I am getting there, one step at a time, but ensuring that the step I take forward never goes back.

initially i thought self affirmations are totally time wasting but is the only effective method in my opinion to send thoughts in subconscious mind..first read in mind then loud then more loudly then slowly then consciously think i radiate postive energy and accept only positive frequency, people, things around me..this method was given by patanjali...if you do it for 1year believe me you will be a different person. the emotions are deep rooted from many lives.merely physical exercise can't help and don't think any change can occur inside you after getting success..if you're greedy then it won't go anywhere unless you understand it totally or by practical methods. Patanjali gave different different affirmations for different different obstacles

I really like what shwetabh always suggest....and most of the time he is on point... But sometimes practical life mein kuch cheezein apply nahi ho pati hain. I wish it doesn't happen to him again...but when shwetabh was on his low in Sandeep Maheshwari's episode....he was so sad that he was saying agar uski mom ko kuch hua to wo toot jaega...it shows aap kitna b motivation ki baat karo we all are human beings and toote sab hain...so never forget ur low time while motivating someone else

initially i thought self affirmations are totally time wasting but is the only effective method in my opinion to send thoughts in subconscious mind..first read in mind then loud then more loudly then slowly then consciously think i radiate postive energy and accept only positive frequency, people, things around me..this method was given by patanjali...if you do it for 1year believe me you will be a different person.
the emotions are deep rooted from many lives.merely physical exercise can't help and don't think any change can occur inside you after getting success..if you're greedy then it won't go anywhere unless you understand it totally or by practical methods.
Patanjali gave different different affirmations for different different obstacles
