    My Takeaways from this video-
1.Know your duties and follow the religiously - Everyday, every f day do your duties,eg-JEE,NEET competition ki taiyari kar rahe ho,padna tumhari duty hai,iss kaam ko apni duty banao or unn duties ko apna dharam bana lo,matlab subah uthte hi tumhe pata hai ki tumhe itna topic aaj khatam karne hai,to unhe karna hi hai, thats your duty;ek goal banao or usmei duub jao, uss goal ko khatam karne tak mei tum dekhoge ki tum andar se transformed ho gaye ho
    2. Work on every aspect of your life-zindagi mei agar bas ek aspect mei jeet gaye or baaki mei latke pade ho,to voh growth kam or life mei imbalance zyada hai, kyuki growth bas ek cheez par depend nahi nahi karti, life ke har aspect mei growth jaruuri hai, time alag ho sakta particular aspect mei grow hone ka,but kabhi na kabhi grow usmei hona hi hoga.Example-abhi agar competition ki tayyari kar rahe ho to main growth tumhari padai mei honi chahiye kyuki its one of the most closest and easiest way hai tumhare liye financial stable hone ka,relationships mei growth ka time iske baad aaega but abhi most important duty competition hai
For me-abhi mainly 3 aspect hai jinpar focus karna hai-(1)Career(Financial Stability)-paise ko apni duties ke saath lao
    (2)Relationship
    (3)Health
3.Utilize your energy for good-tumhare paas ek limited amount of energy hai every day,use apni duties mei utilize karo, subah uthte hi phone uthaoge or fir sab energy waha khatam kar doge, uske baad duties karne ki energy hi nahi bachegi, fir bas tum ek putle ban ke reh jaoge jo bas conscious hai or low effort cheeze kare, dekhe jaa raha hai jaise comedy videos, live streams,mu**baazi, etc etc
hamara brain bhi bas ek organ hai, uski bhi ek certain amount of energy hai(7-8 ghante per day scientifically to be productive),voh khatam hote hi tum drain ho jaoge, use it for your duties
4.listen to your anxieties and regrets -jitni jaldi ho sake apne anxieties or doable regrets par lag jao,voh tumhare hi red alarms hai jo keh rahe hai ki kaam karle bhai vaarna baad mei roega, abhi tumhe voh anxieties tumhe chooti lag rahi hongi but jab end mei ek final cheez ka chaata aaega or anxiety peak par hogi, fir bas regret or rote rehna,so listen to your anxieties, its for your own good
    5. financial stability(Paisa)-first and foremost, kisi bhi age mei ho,yeh achieve karne mei ghus jao, chahe tum padai karte ho,sports, freelance, skiils seekhna, learning mei ghus jao adn be loyal to your work,1 cheez aisi seekh lo ki usmei tum master ho,usmei tum se accha koi ho hi na(toxic mat hona),learner bano salo, paise ko apni duties se align karo, pehele kaabil bano, fir jis cheez mei kaabil ho usse paisa kamao, paisa jhak maar ke aaega
6.aeshtitic love-koi aisa genre, cheez, kaam dhundo apne liye jismei tum duub sako,it can be artistic, intellectual Example-writer poetry, philosophy, comedy, anything jimei tum duubna chaho
7.Take ideas of influencers.not their personality-para socially loved social media influencers ko life se consciously remove kardo matlab unke ideas lo,unhei question karo lekin unki personality se attach mat ho jao,tum ek imaginary group bias mei fase pade, inse bahar nahi nikloge to apne baren mei kab sochoge, consciuosly puura ka puura focus pehele khudpar hona chahiye ki pehele financial stability paalu, life ke har aspect mei growth paalu, skills seekhu, admire them never follow
8.Evolve karo mentally-apne thoughts ko question karo or agar voh statistically wrong aa rahe to unhe evolve karo, tum sochte ho ki tumhe har cheez ke baren mei sab pata hai,but tumhe nahi pata,dunning-kruger effect kehete hai ise, tumhare dimaag mei consciouly or unconsciously environment driven biases hai ki tumhe pata bhi nahi hai,to unhe question karo or binao ego beech mei aaye unhe evolve karo
Please correct me if I am wrong in any point

I've been following Shwetabh bhai for the past four years, and I used to feel excluded because he didn't include women in his motivational videos; in fact, there were a lot of videos where he guided guys on moving on, and, as a girl, I actually got a huge amount of help from those videos to understand what went wrong in my relationship and decided to focus on my studies and my work until I am emotionally mature and won't invest in any relationships. His motivation and guidance have helped me a lot to avoid distractions, unnecessary relationship drama, and emotional drain in life. I watch his videos whenever I am on the verge of a mental breakdown, when I wonder, "Is this education, with so much hard work, so much pressure, so much mental drain, even worth it?" Competitive exams like CA, CS, CMA (in my case), and other civil service exams or entrance exams fuck the shit out of an aspirant's mental health, physical health, and emotional well-being. Smile on your parents' faces; your feeling of achievement will nullify every bit of hardship and struggle you went through. Seekhte rahiye mere doston, kyunki sikhna band toh jeetna band!🥰🥰😇

Do this thing repeatedly definatily you will get success.

    Hi Shwetabh,
I am a Jee 2023 aspirant and i am having my exams after 2 months. In July 2022 my dadaji passed away and i had a very deep and strong connection with him. Seeing the person who prayed for my success and who helped me even when he was 89, pass away was highly traumatic for me. Main jitna roya nahin usse zyaada mere psychological mindset mein change aane laga. Now the Core problem is that i dont know why during studying i unconciously ask myself "is life even worth it? " , " is death very painful" , "one day i will lose my parents" all these thoughts are very scary and are affecting me so much. I keep thinking about death and afterlife mein kya hoga types. The more i think , the crazier it gets. Im not being sucidal but hrr these things are not letting me do my prime work, PLEASE HELP

hello bro i'm also competitive exam aspirants & apke dada ji k atma ko shanti mile pranam.
i just share my situation, mere dada ji last year covid wave m expire hue the 1 week me 2 log hmari family s expire hue 19 April ko Bade Papa & 21st April ko mere Dada ji joki mere liye mere mahadev s bhi bade the. mera unka jabrdast combination tha. unko covid nhi tha but mohalle wle sb hmse duri bna rhe the ustime covid wave high tha.
wo bahut acche insan the Shri Ram ji k param devotee the or Ram Naumi k din pran tyage. wo BHU me Section Officer reh chuke the & last death k time unko usi BHU hospital m ek shi strecher nhi mila. kse bhi hmne 5th floor s jugad krke laye. bcze ustime situation hi aisa tha. unke jne k bd maine bhi tut chuka tha. apne gusse me apne father ko dosh dene lga tha ki agar time pr unhe hospital legye hote to shi hota. par kuch din mujhe realize hua jb gussa shant hua to ki mere father ne bhi unhe bachane k liye jaan jhokh di thi. par ustime yha covid case itne the ki koi hospital admit krne ko taiyr nhi tha. or finally hmne unhe hmesa k liye kho diya.
wo itne acche insaan the ki pure mohalle wle unki tarif krte the.
infact aaj morning m chowkidaar saahab aaaye the wo tk mere grand father ki tarif kr rhe the.
joki chowdaar sahab khud ek nepali h.
mai apne baba ki badayi nhi kr rha hu yha
bs bta rha hu taki tm bhi jitni jldi ho ske apne dada ji k acche karm yd krke is situation s bahar niklo bhai
agar tm acche insaan acche aspirant bnoge to sbse jyada khushi tmhre dadaji ko hogi. or sacche mayino m yehi unke liye sacchi shradanjali hogi

-Understanding your cognitive capacity is crucial for daily productivity. By acknowledging energy limits, individuals can better manage their tasks and avoid burnout.
-Engaging in activities like comedy or conversations can provide mental breaks. However, it's important to balance leisure with tasks to avoid diminishing productivity.
-Recognizing anxiety as a response to unmet deadlines helps in addressing it constructively. This awareness can lead to better stress management and improved performance.
04:39 To become a champion in life, one must align their actions with their duties and maintain a clear focus on their responsibilities. Establishing daily goals and understanding one's purpose is crucial for success.

-Exploring the abstract form of love allows individuals to dive deep into personal connections and understand their emotional depths. This leads to a richer experience of love.
-Incorporating financial stability into love emphasizes the importance of practical aspects in relationships. Love should be supported by a foundation of security and shared interests.
-Focusing on self-improvement and intellectual cultivation is vital. Enhancing communication skills, vocabulary, and artistic abilities contributes positively to personal development and relationships.
09:14 Life's purpose transcends evolutionary constraints, allowing individuals to find meaning through creativity and personal connections. Embracing diverse experiences enriches existence and fosters a deeper understanding of one's potential.
-Personal potential should be recognized by accessing resources and showcasing capability. Financial stability is crucial for achieving one's aspirations and living a fulfilling life.
-Relationships are significant as they merge personalities and intellect, resulting in new experiences and insights. The dynamics of love can lead to spiritual or creative paths.
-Exploring various paths, such as spirituality, art, or intellectual pursuits, shapes our journey. Each pathway contributes uniquely to personal growth and understanding.
11:31 Developing critical thinking is essential for personal growth and independence. By detaching from societal influences, individuals can cultivate a unique perspective and make informed decisions.
-The importance of not blindly following ideologies is emphasized, encouraging individuals to think critically about the beliefs they subscribe to. This promotes personal growth and self-awareness.
-Research on lottery winners reveals that sudden wealth does not guarantee happiness, highlighting the disparity between perceived and actual reality. Understanding this can help manage expectations.
-Engaging with evidence and data is crucial for informed discussions, especially regarding relationships and societal norms. This approach fosters deeper understanding and rational thinking.
