Car is currently at 1,050,000 miles. The odometer locked up at 999,999 miles so I had to replace it to be able to keep track of my mileage for tax purposes. @@SmiIeyyXD of course there is, manipulating odometers is easy if you have the software and know what and where to change. Most of the time you won't even be able to tell if the mileage has been tampered with. I've seen it done many times.
Those are easy highway miles miles. Nothing special. Most people drive on an average of 12k-15k miles a year which is considered normal mileage. It would take the average consumer 35 years to even put 600k on a car. Highway miles have very little wear and tear on a car that only makes up 10% of wear and tear if City stop and go miles. Racking up easy highway miles on a car is certainly not the same as driving the same car for 35 years. Just about any car can blow past 300k miles in a short amount of time driving on the highway.
I’ve worked on Honda’s before. Not only are they the most reliable brand, but they were the most well built and easy to fix and the most thoughtfully put together. Especially on anything like brakes or suspension, it’s like those engineers spent days on end trying to make the most well thought out and easy to fix car possible. It really is insane.
***** I did... I drove Ford focus 1.6 CDTI for 2 years as a service and delivery vehicle for farm equipment and supply. First year i clocked 175000km second one 390000km. I regularly hit a thousand km/day. That ford was a piece of crap, though... At 150000 the turbo died, at 200000 the front wheel bearings, and meanwhile i went trough 5 pares of braking disks and a shitload of filters, braking pads, sensors and even 2 front windshields which seemed to crack for no reason at all... Where i worked you ask? Bulgaria. The whole country.
Eviltech yeah but that’s rare. And I doubt he’s also a Bulgaria delivery driver. First time I’ve heard a job like this exists. Especially driving your own car
And I thought it was a big leap when my car surpassed 200,000kms. Now she's at 212,500kms and still going happy. Bought it with 197,800kms on the clock eight months ago. Love my car to bits!
I use this car for work delivering med supplies to nursing homes. I use to drive 3,600 miles a week, now I'm down to 2,500 miles a week. I purchased the car in May of 2007 with 20,000 miles on the odometer. I'm on my second motor but the first motor didn't fail it was the transmission that failed at about 350,000 miles, I replaced the motor along with the transmission hoping to get better fuel mileage.
My wife did 400K in a Toyota Yaris T-Sport. That thing never broke down once, most reliable car ever. I mean besides normal maintenance it didn't have a single thing done to it in all it's life. We sold it because she needed a bigger car. I wouldn't be surprised if that car is still running today.

Well typical hondas. Many lights but few actual issues. Our 2008 civic hybrid gets a yellow engine and oil light frequently but after turning the car off and on it disappears. We have stopped checking oil level when the light comes on.
Literally every vehicle I own has the check engine light on, it's usually just petty little things that aren't worth your time, like a broken EGR valve or low engine idle.
I just bought a 2008 honda civic LX at 197,000km a few months ago and we're about to hit 200,000km! Honda's last a good 30 years so I got another 15 years with my car.
2006-2011 is 5 years 1.000.000 kilometers would mean you drove 200.000 kilometers each year 200.000 divided by 365 is rounded 550 kilometers per day What the fuck? Also i dont think thats the first engine, right? Because the record one engine has ran is like 1 million kilometers and it was an old Mercedes Diesel-Engine...
This video was published in 2011, the car is 2006, which makes a maximum of 6 years window. To drive 1 million KM in 6 years you would have to average 166,666km per year, that’s 456km per day. I find this unlikely.
Dion Lewis I drive a little over 100 miles a day so I'm sure if this guy has some kind of transportation job that it is very likely for him to reach that mileage
My 2005 Mercedes just hit 180000km (112000 miles) after 13 years.Your car is what 2006-2007 model year, assuming you bought it when it came out. How did you clock over a million kilometers in just 4-5 years?!
I have a 2006 Honda Civic with 465,000 miles on it. The engine was replaced at 274,000 but the transmission is original. I have almost 200,000 miles on the new engine. I believe i have the original water pump, too. Whatever tranny problems the previous hondas had, my car makes up for it. i love my car. i bought it brand new.
my dads 99 accord was bought with 40,000 kms, and died on 398,564kms, he now has a CSX-S with 110,953. He bought it with 52,893. thats only 1 year of driving.
Any modern car will reach that mileage at such a young age... it's when the car is 10+ years old and had time to wear, that mileage becomes a lifespan factor.
LMFAO, wear only occurs when miles are put on the vehicle. If i go buy a brand new car, take it home and park it for 10 years, it'll perform just like a new one. Granted you change the oil, battery, and maybe a dry rotted serpentine belt after 10 years....
Dude this video is from 2011. Meaning the car is only 5 years old. 1m km means 200.000 a year. Or about 550km each day(7day week). Damm, even on pure on highway that cost you about 5-6 hours everyday. What are you doing with this car? Or its Just foto shop of 100000,0km
Honda, Toyota, Nissan , all these cars made from 1980 to 2014 are beasts, they will live as long as you wish to drive it. Today only names are on them and will break when you reach 100000 miles. Have my Toyota Echo 2000, for 200000 km it lives on and strong.
My first ever car was a 2006 Honda Civic. Bought it in october 2005. One of the first ones in my town to have it. I remember people were going crazy over its shape and dashboard style. Unfortunately I totalled it in January 2008. Only 46000km on it. Seeing this video I am wondering what it could have been. :(
so what are you doing for a living? I mean the car is 8 yrs old. 621000 plus miles is alot for sure but I have known many traveling salesmen that put 50-100k a year on their cars covering a territory. Hell I have a 2014 jetta I bought in aug and it just crossed 10k all i do is drive it to work and home. Curious to how your civic has held up? repairs etc?
I have a 1994 civic when i got the car it had 197.567 miles and now it reach to 532.089 miles replace the spark plugs distributor ECT sending unit sensor and TPS senor and drive belt timming belt and water pump and fuel pump and fuel fitler starter and changed the manual transmission fluid and still runs with no problems if you fix your car on time without making it break down it last you.
probably driving a lot of freeway. freeways are keys to car survival. transmission wont be shifting much, overdrive is in, engine spins at a constant speed and freeways usually are flat. a car with 300k miles freeway has less wear than a car with 80k city
I've been delivering drugs for several different pharmacies for 5 years and I have a civic with 750,000 and my coworker had a Nissan hardbody with over 800,000 and a Nissan frontier with 650,000 also 300,000 it like the lowest mileage anyone I work with has.
Not everyday driving, but not that unusual. My relative drives city to city, about 120 km apart, about 3 times a day for a medical lab, 5 and sometimes 6 days a week. Work that out... about 200th km a year (excluding trips to McDonalds haha). He drives a VW Golf, frequently cited as 'unreliable' etc , but in three years and 650th km it only had an alternator replaced (noisy bearing) and the usual disk pads, belts etc. Uses mid range synthetic oil, changed every month. My Civic does much less, is a bit more sluggish, but I love driving it.
Nicolás T I have seen a bus with 1.3 million km on the clock but the bus is a 2001 model Scania. The bus is a turbo CNG model. These Scania transit buses due to get sold. Some people by them to convert to a motor home. Buses in Queensland allow 23 years for buses to be used for public transportation. They get sold at the auctions. They like selling them around the 18 to 20 years age vehicles. I have seen some buses getting sold at 15 years old.
bonamin Honda is not as reliable as you might think. My 2012 civic at 80000 km the shaft connected to transmission slipped out and car wouldn’t move in any gear.
mikeythebold tv What do you know?Maybe he drives far from his home every day do he has put on so many kilometers? And also, the computer isnt faked to show 999990km..Hondas are very realiable and can even cross way over 1mil. kilometers.
A ha ve a honda civic 05 5 speed with 210 thousand miles still stock and no bullshit, this car runs like new. I keep the oil changed often and just stay on top when something needs tweeking, but honrstly i havent done nothing to it but a tunr up once ayear and stay on top of oil changes, these cars are great.
that translates in to about 300-ish miles. My step-dad lived in canada and worked in seattle. His carpool was 2hrs 1 way. luckily his company payed for a hotel over the week. Some people have 1-2 hr commutes on empty hwy. especially up in rural places
Not out of the ordinary. That is 620k miles. Its a 2006 model year, so can easily be purchased in 2005. Video uploaded in 2011, that's 5-6 years of driving. Some fleet and rental cars are being driven almost 24/7. When one persons shift ends another's begins... Some people just love driving. 100k a year is easy to do. Many commercial drivers do up to half a million miles a year.
Car is currently at 1,050,000 miles. The odometer locked up at 999,999 miles so I had to replace it to be able to keep track of my mileage for tax purposes. Airbag light is on due to the passenger seat being removed for extra cargo space and the engine light is for catalyst inefficiency which is common for high mileage vehicles.

damn, my 1991 300zx only has 150,000 km on it. this civic is only 6 years old!
how do you legitimately manage 550km a freakin day?
I just bought a 2008 honda civic LX at 197,000km a few months ago and we're about to hit 200,000km! Honda's last a good 30 years so I got another 15 years with my car.
2006-2011 is 5 years
1.000.000 kilometers would mean you drove 200.000 kilometers each year
200.000 divided by 365 is rounded 550 kilometers per day
What the fuck?
Also i dont think thats the first engine, right? Because the record one engine has ran is like 1 million kilometers and it was an old Mercedes Diesel-Engine...
wrong, look up 1 million MILE accord...thats 1.6 million KM
***** yeah but that engines not reving in high rpm, have lower compression and high tolerances
***** In my opinion, this 'record' of Volvo is a fake.
2bach the volvo engine has been rebuilt tho
joe golden Well but 2 milion miles for petrol engine is decidedly too much.
I know, old Volvo's are solid and durable but i do not want to believe it.
8 years later .... 10 million miles
This video was published in 2011, the car is 2006, which makes a maximum of 6 years window. To drive 1 million KM in 6 years you would have to average 166,666km per year, that’s 456km per day. I find this unlikely.
Dion Lewis unlikely - yes. Impossible - no!
Dion Lewis I drive a little over 100 miles a day so I'm sure if this guy has some kind of transportation job that it is very likely for him to reach that mileage
If you do deliveries or that type of shit it is highly possible that it reaches that.
Anyone can rack up easy highway miles on just about any car. Nothing special since Highway miles have very little wear and tear on a car.
That's alot but not impossible
My 2005 Mercedes just hit 180000km (112000 miles) after 13 years.Your car is what 2006-2007 model year, assuming you bought it when it came out. How did you clock over a million kilometers in just 4-5 years?!
The normal honda engines runs better at mid/high rpm.
You mean V-Tec
That’s v-tec for you brother
I have a 2006 Honda Civic with 465,000 miles on it. The engine was replaced at 274,000 but the transmission is original. I have almost 200,000 miles on the new engine. I believe i have the original water pump, too. Whatever tranny problems the previous hondas had, my car makes up for it. i love my car. i bought it brand new.
the motor sound like a Diesel .....
Poor Car
Jorge Rivera That's a petrol (Gasoline)
Jorge Rivera The redline is to high for a diesel. A diesel car motor redlines between 4000 to 5000 rpm.
+Sean Zappulla He said it sounds like a diesel. *He didn't say it is actually a diesel.*
sounds normal what did you expected for a 10000000 km car ?
Techtron23 I’ve had gas engines sound like a diesel when they’re experiencing valve lash from lack of lubrication.
A locomotive my grandfather used to drive had 5,000,000 miles on it, with only two engines in its life.
What you work as? 1,000,000 Kms in 5 years! That's about 550 km per day!!
carlo0116 no you lie
my dads 99 accord was bought with 40,000 kms, and died on 398,564kms, he now has a CSX-S with 110,953. He bought it with 52,893. thats only 1 year of driving.
1:39 you’re welcome
i would have never expected this from a 2006 car
Is there any update about this car ? Maybe passed 2 million or maybe more ? :D
Silvinjo in his top post he said he reached 2 million this year
Look at his uploads u lazy fuck. Rod knock right after this video
@@jacobgeary9811 fuk u
You are dumb
Alguém do Brasil 👍👍

Honda, Toyota, Nissan , all these cars made from 1980 to 2014 are beasts, they will live as long as you wish to drive it.
Today only names are on them and will break when you reach 100000 miles. Have my Toyota Echo 2000, for 200000 km it lives on and strong.
this is impossible with the new honda 1.5 GDI Turbo engine 😂
My first ever car was a 2006 Honda Civic. Bought it in october 2005. One of the first ones in my town to have it. I remember people were going crazy over its shape and dashboard style.
Unfortunately I totalled it in January 2008. Only 46000km on it.
Seeing this video I am wondering what it could have been. :(
European UFO Civic hatchback?
so what are you doing for a living? I mean the car is 8 yrs old. 621000 plus miles is alot for sure but I have known many traveling salesmen that put 50-100k a year on their cars covering a territory. Hell I have a 2014 jetta I bought in aug and it just crossed 10k all i do is drive it to work and home. Curious to how your civic has held up? repairs etc?
5 years old... This video is posted 2011, you commented 3 years ago and i reply on 2018. LoL
Karras Bastomi hi
I have a 1994 civic when i got the car it had 197.567 miles and now it reach to 532.089 miles replace the spark plugs distributor ECT sending unit sensor and TPS senor and drive belt timming belt and water pump and fuel pump and fuel fitler starter and changed the manual transmission fluid and still runs with no problems if you fix your car on time without making it break down it last you.
Honda power 💜
idk wat to say No
Honda 💩
probably driving a lot of freeway. freeways are keys to car survival. transmission wont be shifting much, overdrive is in, engine spins at a constant speed and freeways usually are flat. a car with 300k miles freeway has less wear than a car with 80k city
thweepz 1000000 km is not even possible unless be magically drives 550 km per day.
I've been delivering drugs for several different pharmacies for 5 years and I have a civic with 750,000 and my coworker had a Nissan hardbody with over 800,000 and a Nissan frontier with 650,000 also 300,000 it like the lowest mileage anyone I work with has.
tearsbeers did your civic reach 1 million yet since you commented 3 years ago?
Not everyday driving, but not that unusual. My relative drives city to city, about 120 km apart, about 3 times a day for a medical lab, 5 and sometimes 6 days a week. Work that out... about 200th km a year (excluding trips to McDonalds haha). He drives a VW Golf, frequently cited as 'unreliable' etc , but in three years and 650th km it only had an alternator replaced (noisy bearing) and the usual disk pads, belts etc. Uses mid range synthetic oil, changed every month. My Civic does much less, is a bit more sluggish, but I love driving it.
I have only seen a 970,000km bus
(Sorry for bad english)
Nicolas Tomas Thats not much. My Mothers Coach is 8 Years old and have 1,8 Million Kilometres.
Nicolas Tomas companies invest a allot of money in fixing their existing bus fleet's , is much shipper than buying brand new buses
awesome:v
That's a long bus
Nicolás T I have seen a bus with 1.3 million km on the clock but the bus is a 2001 model Scania. The bus is a turbo CNG model. These Scania transit buses due to get sold. Some people by them to convert to a motor home. Buses in Queensland allow 23 years for buses to be used for public transportation. They get sold at the auctions. They like selling them around the 18 to 20 years age vehicles. I have seen some buses getting sold at 15 years old.
No wonder Loudward loves this car so much.
2006 honda civic
its easy to programm kilometers filmed and back to original
yes, but its easier for a Honda engine to outlast programming itself.
because, well you know... HONDA ENGINEERING.
bonamin Honda is not as reliable as you might think. My 2012 civic at 80000 km the shaft connected to transmission slipped out and car wouldn’t move in any gear.
I reverted the odometer of my Hyundai Elantra from 150k to 50k in order to sell it
There should be a prize for anyone who can achieve this! Cmon Honda!
Going at that speed with no airbag
donavan arulthas at that speed you dont need any airbags. Airbag is good for up to 40-45 mph.
Jarek Nowak lol
What speed do you think he's doing? Not more than 80. Plus, in case you may not know, there are cars with no airbags though....
donavan arulthas it's the passenger airbag not the driver side...
George Parker owh
Ok
Dammmn! This dashboard is lit like a Christmas tree 🎄
I roughly do 10 to 15k miles a month
my last honda hit 217k miles! i was in a car accident, otherwise it would definitely have been higher. made to last
faked computer to show 999 990 km
coorvahmuch I don't think so
No way he could ve put 1000000miles in just 5 years
mikeythebold tv What do you know?Maybe he drives far from his home every day do he has put on so many kilometers? And also, the computer isnt faked to show 999990km..Hondas are very realiable and can even cross way over 1mil. kilometers.
Awesome the car actually made it this far😃 i think you are taking a good care of it
*R e l i a b l e*
I wonder what unit of measure it would switch to if the miles reach one million. O_o
Megametres
nautical miles. 10 km = 1 nautical mile
Christianspiller 1.852km = 1 nautical mile
Light years
Great 2006 Honda Civic.
Just coasting at 3500 rpm😂?
140hp
A ha ve a honda civic 05 5 speed with 210 thousand miles still stock and no bullshit, this car runs like new. I keep the oil changed often and just stay on top when something needs tweeking, but honrstly i havent done nothing to it but a tunr up once ayear and stay on top of oil changes, these cars are great.
The video get 1m view also
that translates in to about 300-ish miles. My step-dad lived in canada and worked in seattle. His carpool was 2hrs 1 way. luckily his company payed for a hotel over the week. Some people have 1-2 hr commutes on empty hwy. especially up in rural places
2018 ?
Not out of the ordinary. That is 620k miles. Its a 2006 model year, so can easily be purchased in 2005. Video uploaded in 2011, that's 5-6 years of driving. Some fleet and rental cars are being driven almost 24/7. When one persons shift ends another's begins... Some people just love driving. 100k a year is easy to do. Many commercial drivers do up to half a million miles a year.
what a nice lawn mower
DeadNoob looks like it's more reliable that your shitstang
Daniel Morales it is a joke you triggered fuck
Daniel Morales and stangs are very reliable
RazQrt we were name calling smh and yes any car is reliable if the owner knows what too do 😂😭😭
Daniel Morales i tought you were triggered lol
