This blade will KEAL!
I Have the apache with built in effects! As a teenager I made great bucks busking with that thing!
Currently its gutted and fitted with HSS pickups set! I think Ill buy this one just for memories sake! I absolutly love it
Looks and sounds lovely
Again, a well designed piece of work!
And the AAA battery solution makes it a sustainable product.
Because with a fixed recharged battery you would have to throw it away after a couple of years.
Vox, way to go!
I've got a mobile phone that’s rechargeable, I've had this phone for over 4 years and charge it every day and it works perfectly, not a single problem, I had my last phone for ten years and worked perfectly, I only upgraded because android wouldn’t allow the new software on the old phone, but I still have that old phone and it still works and charge. If you look after your gear it won’t get broken, like don’t throw it around and it will remain working forever. I have not heard of a single rechargeable battery failing on any device ever, it makes more sense for them to make it a rechargeable as the inner components for AAA batteries and the spring coils that connect them are more likely to break than a rechargeable battery ever would, as it is fixed state there’s no need to keep removing and replacing batteries which will ultimately cause problems with the coils and then you’ll have to throw it out based on that.
Can't wait to get one! I always wanted a Apache but it's so rare and expensive.
Okay, nice little guitar- but Fernandes made the Nomad, I had 2 back in about 2003-2004 - they started with onboard Zoom effects, later models had Digitech effects. Mine had really nice action and were quite playable - they had a lower "scoop" so you could rest the guitar on your left leg and the neck position would be just about right. I ended up selling mine, but I wish I still had it, the neck was really quite good! I started playing bass back in the late 60s as a kid, I had a Vox Phantom bass that was killer! Reissue, Vox!!!
Nice
Interesting. Not much actual info published on it yet though. Nut width? Fingerboard radius? Battery life? MSRP? Is it cheaper than a "normal" guitar plus a Spark Go? July is half a year from now.
Looks like he has a lead plugged into an amp or something. We need to hear it through the built on speaker.
How much and where do I get one?
This could be a perfect sofa guitar if it could stand up on its own when leaned against a table like the old “spade” shaped Steinbergers. It also looks like it won’t fit well on a low-profile stand. Would have to go with a hang-from-the-headstock stand.
Are they going to make any more guitar s like that
It looks like a fishie and I love that ahaha
come on Vox... tell us how much! 😀
Price?
Rechargeable battery,,, WiFi and delete the 70's switch arrangement....But hey I still dig it 😎 and enjoy what it brings to the game... Honestly after looking over the website it really looks so much nicer up close and personal.... quality looks amazing....But for future reference the Red even the Blue much better would look good with some funky metallic and wild color scheme...
I love the Coffin Apache but this one is a little bit out of the price range for me, still i love funky weird guitars like this
looks like something Dick Denney SHOULD have made back in the 60's
Didnt Casio do this in the 80s? Has anyone got one of those with the tape player
Yeah !!! Dude I had a Casio with the cassette player it was pretty cool I played live and open mic gigs
Vox if y’all like making money, reissue the mark III and phantom.
The phantom would be sick
Great retake on a great idea. But I think the 6xAAA batteries are the dealbreaker for me. It should have an onboard rechargeable battery, it’s 2024…
Then buy rechargeable AA batteries (i think it is better in the long run, if you have a built-in rechargeable battery it can degrade and could be difficult to replace later)
@@impasta9093 yeah, that’s the obvious. I’ve just found that with all the rechargeable batteries I have used, I have forgotten to charge them and need the dedicated charger to do so. Whereas, everything I have with inbuilt batteries can be charged off any USB outlet, whether it be my laptop or other.
or at least 2 9 volts or something
Yeah 6 double A is a hard no
And Bluetooth connectivity to play backing tracks from the phone
I want one 12 string
Are their 30" for kids like that also
Do u have to have batteries for it to work
No, I'm sure it runs on solar power, or the energy snowflakes spend on censoring others to avoid triggering the fictitious PTSD that previous generations inflicted upon them. 😢
Cool idea, I'm not a fan of the looks or the sounds... But hey, I do believe there should be a crowd waiting for a product like that, people busking I'd imagine
And open mic set ups
Just reissue them phantom already. WITH the old effects
18v, 2 x 9v.
GREAT no lithium rechargeable nonsense!
Swap out the 6 AA rechargeables and keep rocking!
❤. Wish it had the amp modeling of the Vox Mini5 Amp, ❤ and the full 99 drum beats ❤ instead of 33 and probably without Cumbia, reggaeton, & bachata.
😢 These "engineers" of electric drumbeats are all failed rock guitarists from the 20th Century. 😢
Needs a chargeable port with chargeable battery pack you best make one before another company rips ur idea off and makes one that does
Correct.
Those "rechargeable battery packs" are labeled AA, AAA, or 9V and decorated with text resembling "rechargeable nickel metal hydride," etc.
Just get a 12 port charger and maintain a collection already charged.
They last for years, not much contamination.
No Down Time because your device needs to sit cabled to a charger. Standard sizes, and available wherever SuperStores exist.
@@markplimsoll I see what your saying but that seems like a todo it would be easier and more user friendly if it had a built in chargeable battery inside that you could plug a USB charger cable in, which if some one seen this idea and thought I'll just make one like that, then that one is more likely to sell than this one 🤔
@@johng7423 So you either stop playing, or play tethered to another battery designed charge cellphones? Have you gone to High School yet? You seem brainwashed.
@@markplimsoll You seem like a moron, I’ve got a degree in music technology and been in loads of studios surrounded by gadgets and tech beyond your comprehension. I know more about this and more about usability and user experience. You seem like the type of person who is stuck in his ways and are not open to evolve with the rest of music. There was an acoustic guitar, then someone stuck some electrics in it and made an electric guitar, which made some of the most amazing music that ever existed. If someone had your attitude when the first person was inventing the electric guitar, we would have lost some of the greatest musicians and music ever created. Sometimes it’s better not to be hung up on detail and step back and see the big picture. By making it chargeable it opens it up to be sold to more people, which will get more people into music, which is a good thing, don’t repress peoples creativity, liberate it, set it free and let as many people become creative as possible and the only way to do that is to be more accepting of new developments in music, and stop with the childish jibes at people as it makes you look like a total twonk.
major mess up to lack internal plugg recharge batteries 👎🏼
No drum machine and more effects on the next one
more toys from korg,,,get back to making the virage series
Lol its plugged in
Gear page does a real good non plugged demo it sounds good
Gear sounds does a good straight up review
It sounds like shit. 💩
6 AA batteries. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh dear god no.
That distortion sounds terrible.
Free Palestine!!
Looks like a super cool guitar design, too!
Free Palestine!!!
Yes looks very cool !
I stand with Israel...
Handy guitar I agree..
Nice
