Every Jayco leaks dust.. i don't think they even attempt to seal it.

Yes unfortunately the QC seems to be lacking. It's a shame because it just kinda tarnishes the whole experience.

@@SeekingNatureAus a friend bought one of their campers and even upgraded it to the full offroad spec.
Very first trip all the cupboards were filled with dust. They had 12mm hoses going through a 32mm hole. No sealant at all.
I am seriously looking to buy a crosstrack because of the weight and width for towing.
They do look pretty flimsy, but more strength equals more weight..
I intend to check all the sealing etc if I get one.
Overall, how do you rate it?
Did you get your issues fixed under warranty?
      Thx

Overall it's a great van we've been up the oodnadatta track and across SA, thru NSW and it's been fabulous. Yep definitely need to check for dust ingress and deal with that - usual silicone stuff. The leak at the front - known design fault really - has been the biggest issue we had, shower wall had a crack and small stuff like drawer runner but Newcastle dealer has been fab to deal with and sorted everything for us. Like I say just 5% more care on QC at the factory would make such a massive difference. The size weight etc makes them amazing
