What are your thoughts on the new van? Do you have any questions you want us to answer?

Great walkthrough. I’m looking at buying one myself and I’m hoping you could tell me if the shower cubicle is a one piece fibreglass shell and base or is it a four piece set up? My last Jayco had constant water issues where it leaked through. As it wasn’t a one piece set up.
    Happy Easter and thank you

Hey, thank you ☺️. They are individual pieces not a full shell, and the base is separate. If you're on Facebook I'd recommend the owners group, you'll get heaps of good info and can ask questions and see what issues everyone has faced to get an idea if the trak is going to work for you or not.

Did anyone try to install an annexe to this particular model with the outdoor kitchen? Thanks

Yeah a few have, there are a few issues with ensuring the gas vents properly in an annexe but it has been done. You can also get a porch that extends off either end to provide more undercover area as well.

Thanks for sharing such great info. I'm looking with my wife to buy one. Not sure if we go the 13 or 16ft? We are not fussed on inside shower and toilet and are happy with the outside tent at the back which I understand is available on the 16ft as well. What are your thoughts? Thanks

Thanks for watching. They are a great van and if you're not after the ensuite then either the 13ft or 16ft would be great probably depends on the extra space/length/weight difference between the 13 and 16. If you're on facebook there is a crosstrak group which is great for info, photos and real life experiences of the vans that might help in the decision making process.

this one is big enough for the two of us, we didn't want to be towing a massive van when there is only us and it's a very competitive price particularly with the market the way it is at the moment. We don't mind having a tele to watch the footy, watch a movie at night or for days where the weather is bad, guess that's why they are usually optional, everyone's individual choice, appreciate you checking out the video 👍

these caravans are such a rip off

I guess that's the great thing about the market at the moment - there is sure to be something to meet everyone's budget and needs.

      Why a rip off?
Jayco has 50% market share in Australia. Why would bad vans be so popular?

Agree, whilst they might have their issues comparatively they are fairly priced IMHO hence how we ended up with one.
