- Everyone has an excuse. Be it lack of time in the morning or attending a late night party etc. the excuses are many and varied. But these excuses can easily be overcome if one looks at the larger picture of the benefits that can accrue because of running.

Hey milind you are so encouraging I run 10km daily taking care of my house hold responsibility I have three kids to manage ....but yes I am dedicated to my run also I feel very good when I run I am relaxed and my body listen to my mind....I have joined as a Pinkathon ambassador in my area....I am running Pinkhathon for this season on 1nov

My kid is five years old , so we devided time , I am going for running from 5.30 to 6.15 , wife is going between 6.15 to 7. 😎🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️

I have a valid excuse 😀 hurt my heels, but I can manage to walk 🤣 To be able to run stamina should be developed by having a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, achieve certain fitness level if it’s 40 plus, be consistent whether it rain or sunshine! In my case, not maintained any of those over few years now so it’s a challenge to do it now!
I walk 10km everyday, 5 in the mornin 5 in the evening. Haven't started running yet.

What about if I run bear foot in Cement or normal road what happened to your knee ? Is it good or bad or harmful for your knee? So many people are saying bear foot running on road is not good that's why I am asking this question
Milindji, I am a male,63years age,live in Pune.I do not run.i do weight training, bodyweight exercises,Yog, elementary pilates.For all these years,doctors have advised me not to take to running as it hurts ankles,knees as running is weight bearing,impacts joints in the leg and cause injuries.Please enlighten me whether I should undertake running.

I my sedual start early morning 7 Am to evening 7 pm but still I am able to run almost 3 to 5 km every day

Do running in the morning and in the evening do brisk walking for 20-30 minutes and then start sprinting for about 100 minutes. your pain will vanish. worked well for me

He run without shoe he did not take any suplyment mentain he's boy keep it as natural....
he looks for handsome with this looks than all bollywood heroes(even with hair graft & wigs ) put together..period.
