Meet Thomas Bobby Philip, bare foot runner extraordinaire and his journey from a ,slow, 10k to the rarefied Boston Marathon heights.
In this episode Thomas Bobby Philip talks more about his initial barefoot running days. His qualms and concerns about barefoot running and how he overcame them through a disciplined approach. Thank you for this sir. I have been suffering from stress fracture from past two months and couldn't run. Finally after two months break started running again and also barefoot this time. It really feels amazing to run just a mile barefoot off my whole daily run and good part is i feel like finally my injury is healed to quite an extent that i can run to my full potential again.

Ajay Jain if you are a beginner start running with few miles on a soft surface like red sand barefoot ! Gradually increase the miles and you will notice a stronger feet after a time and as far as tracks are concerned i think it can give you injuries like bumps ! Tracks are meant for spikes but you can give it a try !

Shiva ശിവ a body that looks better surely performs better. Humans are not runners but walkers or swimmers. Nothing in our body suggests that we are runners. Mammals who runs, they run on 4 feet. That maintains centre of gravity.
