This video should be shown to guys like flying beast ,rahul Khatri ,many more who are just giving information shit to our younger generation........protein powder......these are not necessary at all.These companies just want to sell their product .....i hate bulky body like flying beast .It seems as if you are bouncer of disc club(due respect to Bouncers)....I love bodies of Akshay, Milind...these are natural bodies ... ......I do running , skipping ,climbing stairs, swimining,burpees workout and to be honest i feel totally awesome....i dont take protein supplements......................... My aim is leaned body,which i already have.So,my duty is to maintain my current physique......im already doing my duty to maintain the physique......my advice is dont take protein supplements or pills ......just go run,lift the weight,pushups ,burpees ...........

You are right.. A lean muscular body turns so many head in admiration than a bulky, wider overly muscular body.. Watch youtbe channel of Kuldeep Arya Veer. His physique I admire.. He achieved it all with body weight exercises only. And only sensible vegetaraian foods.
