    How do we save the 3 other dough balls for later? Can they be put into the Freezer?

    You need to improve your instructions. In previous video, you said to add all ingredients without specifying what you actually meant. You should have said to hold the semolina for the next step. I wont be using Prepa again. Easy to google recipes for homemade pizza crust
