The semolina is to stretch your dough. Also if you look at the directions again it does not say to add the semolina to the dough mix. But not to worry even if you did add it you will still make a great dough.
Yes. Your prior video (3/10) says put the rest of the contents of the bag into the bowl. I watched it 3 times to make sure. Your instructions and videos are terrible! Very frustrating. Probably will just buy local dough from grocery store that is ninety-nine cents
This is way too much. Seriously. It’s takes su to long of a process. 4 hours than 1 hour then another 1 hours. Easier to go buy a dough ball or a pizza for amount of time and labor involved.
