Psychological incapacity is one of the grounds for filing an annulment [no prescriptive period]. 1) Void from the start i.e. first cousin 2)fraud [criminal records, estafa] 3)insanity 4)below 21 [voidable unless with parent's consent]

It has to be the foreign spouse who file the divorce in the foreign country for it to be recognized in the Philippines.

Paano Kung fake Ang kasal because the wife presented her divorce papers and CENOMAR from abroad, but the Registry Office had FAILED to recognise the requirements and Accepted it. Is it not Unprofessional case on the municipal govt office employee by not refusing to register the marriage When the divorce Papers from abroad were meant to be filed in court before performing the new marriage and before Registering it to NSO? How can this Employees in Municipal get away with this Incompetence? The cost of Legal fees Should be Shouldered by this Unprofessional employees they were the one who made a mistake by accepting All the required papers presented to them!

Bottom line is, why marry dba? There is NO benefit to a man to get married, all the benefit of being married (kids / love / security etc) can be enjoyed even when you are not.
