we received a contract to sell when we pay half of the property after a year or the turn over of property we pay the rest of the balance, does it mean that we need to request for contract of sale ASIDE from deed of absolute sale ?

Hi ATTY, question po , we have a vacant lot and under the CTS the developer is the onle who will construct our house. Unfortunately the cost is too high and expensive, we requested an approval to hire an outside contractor that is within our budget. However the developer wont agree bec its in our contract daw. We argue That that is the reason why we are requesting for approval. Can we do something about it? Can we file them a case ?

I was granted Italian citizenship through marriage with an Italian working outside Italy. I did not take an Oath But was granted automatically after long years of marriage without trouble/separation. Why is the Embassy in UK insisted that I must take an oath to reAcquire my Pinoy citizenship? They should read and learn the Italian Law before judging anyone causing nervous breakdown!
