      Generally dairy products like Paneer, Curd, full fat milk, ghee butter are full of high quality fats and protein. Also whole eggs are a very good source of quality fat and protein

    Sir meri flat bench 105 ki 1 rep lag jaati hai but incline 85 k upar nahi lag paati and shoulder pain hone lagta hai. Is wajah se main dumbbell press karta hu. Barbell press k liye kya karun?
