    hlo guru ji hmari city me 1month bad competition hai muje aaj hi notification mila hai mai fat loss kr raha tha 3mnth ae 12kg fat loss ki hai and meri jo lifts hai abi strength v giri hai
    Bench- 110kg
    deadlift-170
    squat-120
    but meri height(6.1) jada hone ki vja se mera weight 81hai enough ni hai 93me khelgua mai sub junior mai
    and pls btaiye mai v jahi same program follow kru ja max reps lgau 1mnth hai mere pass bs

    Sir deadlift karta tha pehle magar..ab lower back pain boht badh gaya to mahine bhar se to mene gym hana hi chhod diya ..lower back issue se related advice mil sakti h kya

      Ye bahot galat kiya bhai aapne gym continue karna par lightweight se workout karna tha aur jab dheere dheere lower back pain theek hota toh lightweight se hypertension wagera se usko trained karte toh progress continue rehta
