I agree with this one. I've been reading Batman comics for over 25 years and the list of people who could defeat Batman without blatant cheating is extremely short. Black Panther is one of those characters that most people don't know much about. If you get past his MCU debut and into the actual comics you'll see a character that is a certified, Grade A, all-natural beast. He's not just some rich king who happens to be an Avenger. Batman plus prep time is my favorite weapon in ANY Batman Vs. argument but this match up reveals the weakness of that argument. Black Panther simply has too many things that Batman doesn't have an immediate answer for. Not to mention that Black Panther has used satellites and magic to defeat some of Marvels most powerful characters. And even if Batman faced Black Panther a second time with prep time, Black Panther is well known for having plans for defeating anybody (i.e., his fight with Storm, the Hulk and even the Silver Surfer). He has even figured out how to defeat Galactus without the ultimate nulifier, so he would have something waiting for Batman. The rematch would be the most awesome rematch in Marvel/DC this decade.

Taking down the justice league means taking down the flash, and the flash is 100% faster than quicksilver. Batman always wins his battles, no matter what happens. Even if he loses a fight he always comes back.

I disagree. Batman has the power to defeat Black Panther even if he is taken by surprise. It is most likely that Black Panther wouldn't be the one stalking Batman, it would be the other way around. What you got wrong is how tactical batman is and also the fact that batman knows his limits. For that reason I think, if black panther and batman were to fight, batman after fighting for a while will soon realise that he can't beat black panther now and so after testing Black panther for further testing he will just run away and then come back fully prepared to beat black panther's ass. I think because Batman is so well known for tactical way of thinking that people seriously undermine his skill in on the spot decision making. I Batman isnxt going to go full force from the get go. He sizes up new opponents, literally learns habits while in combat, and analyzes equipment too. Even if they meet for the first time, the linger they fight the more chances Batman can come up with a win.
Whenever Batman faces a new opponent his anesthetic bombs are his main tool. That's how he defeated the hulk and superwoman. He would have used that on BP and taken him and studied the tech.

Everyone has a loss to someone that seems silly. Batman is often outwitted by Street Level criminals. But few batman fans are willing to acknowledge that in a "who'd win" debate. If we are judging this objectively......we have two characters who are masters of tactics and preparation, ultra skilled fighters with essentially unlimited resources (Yes T'challa is wealthier, but its not as though Batman would go broke trying to beat Black Panther even though Ive cited BP's greater wealth in other comments here). BP has better Tech and is physically superior. If we accept these things as true (and any objective fan should since we are debating the character based on their assigned attributes), then there is not really any way to conclude that Batman would win. At least not in most cases.

BP Uses his tech fairly often. But that aside, I want to focus on the Deathstroke argument. Batman HAS beaten DS. But I am reasonably sure Slade generally comes out on top in those encounters. Everyone has a win they shouldn't, or a loss that's laughable in hindsight. Usually serves the purpose of telling a specific story. At the end of the day we are arguing about who guys who are intellectually, and tactically similar with similar skill (I'd give Batman a slight edge in fighting skill but nothing crazy). One is vastly superior to the other physically. I don't really see a logical way to conclude that the less physically capable character would consistently beat someone who is otherwise his equal in every other respect.

Having to be so specific and precise just to get past the suit against a master fighter like BP who also has significant physical advantages, the weakness in the suit for all intent and purposes may as well not even exist. Sure if Batman were a speedster, and could cut the grain before BP could respond, or if he had a precognitive ability like Midnighter he absolutely could exploit that weakness.

Deathstroke has enhanced physical attributes and sense like Black Panther and uses the Ikon Suit which is able to withstand punches from Superman to match T'Challa's Vibranium suit. In a death battle format with no prep time or prior knowledge he'd be a much more even combatant than Batman vs T'Challa.

People like to do the Batman+ Prep Time to validate or invalidate him beating someone. Batman is a master planner, but he is also a master at improvising. As a tactician, he knows that he can't know everything and that his tactics will largely be determined by his opponent. He has proven that he can size up and evaluate an opponent, on the spot, and use what is readily available. Plans, even Batman's plans, can't account for every variable, so he is always ready to adapt and modify his plans or abandon them completely for what new information tells him will work. This is a tactician. Not someone who plans in a static environment and expects everything to go exactly as expected. Adapt. Improvise. Overcome.

If you look at it objectively, I think Batman has the best chance of out-thinking most superheroes and villains, but he is human and can make mistakes. He uses an opponents weaknesses as advantages. People like to say that he would not beat Superman if the Man of Steel didn't hold back. But he does hold back. Batman knows this and exploits it. If Superman didn't hold back, he wouldn't be Superman. He would be some guy with super powers and Batman wouldn't expose himself to the kind of peril he does with Superman. Now, would Black Panther beat Batman? Possibly. Panther is also a tactician and well studied. He also has the advantage of enhanced strength and reflexes and does not have a problem using lethal force. It would definitely be up to Batman to exploit a vulnerability or mistake that Panther might make. But he would have few chances and it would be a race against the clock as Panther also looked for even the slightest vulnerability or mistake by Batman. Definitely two heroes that would hold a lot of respect for the other.

For me, the one thing that puts Black Panther over the top is him having all of the strength, knowledge and experience of all the previous Black Panthers. Batman can't possibly prep against all of the previous Black Panthers' strength, knowledge and experience because he never fought against any of the previous Black Panthers and therefore wouldn't know how to defeat them. Black Panther now literally has about 10,000 years of battle experience (because of the previous Black Panthers).

I agree with this one. I've been reading Batman comics for over 25 years and the list of people who could defeat Batman without blatant cheating is extremely short. Black Panther is one of those characters that most people don't know much about. If you get past his MCU debut and into the actual comics you'll see a character that is a certified, Grade A, all-natural beast. He's not just some rich king who happens to be an Avenger. Batman plus prep time is my favorite weapon in ANY Batman Vs. argument but this match up reveals the weakness of that argument. Black Panther simply has too many things that Batman doesn't have an immediate answer for. Not to mention that Black Panther has used satellites and magic to defeat some of Marvels most powerful characters. And even if Batman faced Black Panther a second time with prep time, Black Panther is well known for having plans for defeating anybody (i.e., his fight with Storm, the Hulk and even the Silver Surfer). He has even figured out how to defeat Galactus without the ultimate nulifier, so he would have something waiting for Batman. The rematch would be the most awesome rematch in Marvel/DC this decade.

What you got wrong is how tactical batman is and also the fact that batman knows his limits. For that reason I think, if black panther and batman were to fight, batman after fighting for a while will soon realise that he can't beat black panther now and so after testing Black panther for further testing he will just run away and then come back fully prepared to beat black panther's ass.
Now if you put them in a situation where they can't escape without fighting each other then yeah black panther would win but let's not forget the Batman is also one of the best escape artist.

I think because Batman is so well known for tactical way of thinking that people seriously undermine his skill in on the spot decision making. I Batman isnxt going to go full force from the get go. He sizes up new opponents, literally learns habits while in combat, and analyzes equipment too. Even if they meet for the first time, the linger they fight the more chances Batman can come up with a win.
Whenever Batman faces a new opponent his anesthetic bombs are his main tool. That's how he defeated the hulk and superwoman. He would have used that on BP and taken him and studied the tech.

Batman can do the same with his baterages (like he did when beaten Talon)

*Batman is a quick thinker and is able to come up with a great strategy or trick in a few minutes, I know BP could do the same but his too inpatice and focuses too much to kill/beat his oppnent as fast as possible so he'll come up with something only when he realizes that BM does not die/gets beaten that easy but until he'll realizes that it would be too late cause in the mean time BM already came up with a strategy or trick to put BP down.
*its been shown that Batmans stamina is really great, when he was captured by some gladiators cause BM was in their teritory.

Everyone has a loss to someone that seems silly. Batman is often outwitted by Street Level criminals. But few batman fans are willing to acknowledge that in a "who'd win" debate. If we are judging this objectively......we have two characters who are masters of tactics and preparation, ultra skilled fighters with essentially unlimited resources (Yes T'challa is wealthier, but its not as though Batman would go broke trying to beat Black Panther even though Ive cited BP's greater wealth in other comments here). BP has better Tech and is physically superior. If we accept these things as true (and any objective fan should since we are debating the character based on their assigned attributes), then there is not really any way to conclude that Batman would win. At least not in most cases.

BP Uses his tech fairly often. But that aside, I want to focus on the Deathstroke argument. Batman HAS beaten DS. But I am reasonably sure Slade generally comes out on top in those encounters. Everyone has a win they shouldn't, or a loss that's laughable in hindsight. Usually serves the purpose of telling a specific story. At the end of the day we are arguing about who guys who are intellectually, and tactically similar with similar skill (I'd give Batman a slight edge in fighting skill but nothing crazy). One is vastly superior to the other physically. I don't really see a logical way to conclude that the less physically capable character would consistently beat someone who is otherwise his equal in every other respect.

Yes it does. But its not as though BP is going to sit there and let Batman cut across the grain to get through the Vibranium. Having to be so specific and precise just to get past the suit against a master fighter like BP who also has significant physical advantages, the weakness in the suit for all intent and purposes may as well not even exist. Sure if Batman were a speedster, and could cut the grain before BP could respond, or if he had a precognitive ability like Midnighter he absolutely could exploit that weakness.

Deathstroke has enhanced physical attributes and sense like Black Panther and uses the Ikon Suit which is able to withstand punches from Superman to match T'Challa's Vibranium suit. In a death battle format with no prep time or prior knowledge he'd be a much more even combatant than Batman vs T'Challa.

Everyone is obviously overlooking Batman isn't a natural character. He's obviously "juicing". Just look at his body after the blows he takes. Fictional character or not, he HAS to juice.....just like Bane. Facts.
People like to do the Batman+ Prep Time to validate or invalidate him beating someone. Batman is a master planner, but he is also a master at improvising. As a tactician, he knows that he can't know everything and that his tactics will largely be determined by his opponent. He has proven that he can size up and evaluate an opponent, on the spot, and use what is readily available. Plans, even Batman's plans, can't account for every variable, so he is always ready to adapt and modify his plans or abandon them completely for what new information tells him will work. This is a tactician. Not someone who plans in a static environment and expects everything to go exactly as expected. Adapt. Improvise. Overcome.

If you look at it objectively, I think Batman has the best chance of out-thinking most superheroes and villains, but he is human and can make mistakes. He uses an opponents weaknesses as advantages. People like to say that he would not beat Superman if the Man of Steel didn't hold back. But he does hold back. Batman knows this and exploits it. If Superman didn't hold back, he wouldn't be Superman. He would be some guy with super powers and Batman wouldn't expose himself to the kind of peril he does with Superman.
Now, would Black Panther beat Batman? Possibly. Panther is also a tactician and well studied. He also has the advantage of enhanced strength and reflexes and does not have a problem using lethal force. It would definitely be up to Batman to exploit a vulnerability or mistake that Panther might make. But he would have few chances and it would be a race against the clock as Panther also looked for even the slightest vulnerability or mistake by Batman. Definitely two heroes that would hold a lot of respect for the other.

I say that Batman kicking the Hulk in the solar plexus and making him aspirate knock out gas during the *non-canon* DC/Marvel Amalgam comic book crossover is bad writing. Hulk, the guy who takes projectiles from army tanks and has traded blows with Thanos, Galactus and the Silver Surfer, being phased by a kick from *BATMAN. THAT'S* bad writing.

After all, If Bane broke Batman's back, Black Panther could just as easily rip out the Bat's spine.

For me, the one thing that puts Black Panther over the top is him having all of the strength, knowledge and experience of all the previous Black Panthers. Batman can't possibly prep against all of the previous Black Panthers' strength, knowledge and experience because he never fought against any of the previous Black Panthers and therefore wouldn't know how to defeat them. Black Panther now literally has about 10,000 years of battle experience (because of the previous Black Panthers).
