As always, Nick does a great job in squeezing the ultimate sound possibilities off every piece of gear. About "EVH - Jack White > fairly different" > a few years ago Jack recorded and played live (*and talked on interviews) with 2 new toys, namely a EVH Wolfgang and a MusicMan St. Vincent.

... Sounds like a cheap pedal! And the prices are wildly... And I mean WILDLY different on the web, but mostly CHEAP... AND PROBABLY FOR A REASON!
