Great subject choice your coming up to that time of the year soon. Those were great pros and cons on new or old. We are very happy with new just because we dont have the time to do the work and we know how we take care and upkeep on our stuff and our goal is to make it last us 20 to 30 years with minimal extra cost. It is a great idea to get last years new model for sure! Grear subject and well done!
@@justramblinaround thanks! I thought it might be timely with model year closeouts and people selling because the season is over. Thank you for watching and commenting on it. I appreciate it a lot.
My friend, thank you for the various information. And I prefer to save money and buy a used RV of a reliable model, so I appreciate your detailed explanation. And I hope you have a wonderful holiday season too.
There is another reason to buy a used RV. When buying used, most of the flaws in it when made, might have been fixed by the previous owner. A lot of new RVs have problems. They might be covered under a warranty, but it is still a hassel. Also, older trailers have a better frame. The newer frames are made cheater and have habit to bend near the hitch.
You have some great points there. For me, I always wanted to redo a camper. I just didn’t expect to redo a camper that I bought new off of dealers slot less than two years after buying it. Thanks for pointing those out and for checking out the video.
@@CampsiteCruising You are welcome. It is sad, but true, that new RVs have so many problems now. They are made way to fast and use sub quality materials , but they charge out of the world prices. Just like cars and trucks today. A person , like yourself, doesn`t expect to redo or do a major repair so soon.

Thanks Joe! I appreciate it
@@CampsiteCruising . You bet, keep up the good work. See you on the next one. Cheers Joe 😊
We've bought new and used. Next time around we'd pick used again. I'd rather have the extra funds to customize than pay a builder to do it for us
@@BubbasBigAdventures That’s where my head is too
My husband would love to buy an RV and fix it the way we want it to be . I love the idea of RV camping. We took an RV to a meetup and we loved it.
We really enjoy it. I tinker with modifying things and maintenance when I get a chance.
Excellent
What an awesome vlog this has been! Do keep up the amazing work, friends! Stay safe and stay connected~

There are other things to remember about buying used. The previous owner would have generally fixed ( you hope ) all of the problems with it .
@@johnshaddick6858 excellent point there. I know that if or when we get rid of ours it will have a few things fixed, redone, and upgraded.
@@CampsiteCruising Thanks.👍
