  • Most of us could do with more better quality sleep. It can be difficult to shut down a racing mind and transition into a peaceful slumber. This series of “mini self-massages” will help you relax your body, quiet your mind, and get the rest you need to be your best. It only takes a few minutes, so get comfortable and let’s release the day and embrace deep sleep.
    In this mini self-massage, we release tension from the jaw and head. This is great for those with TMJD, jaw pain or tension, and those who clench or grind their teeth. You’ll be amazed at how good it feels!

    Would love a video like this for the whole face- eyes, forehead, lips, cheeks, chin, etc… so many facial massages on RUclips are about wrinkle prevention. I’d love one focused on relaxation

    I don't suppose you'd be able to do a version of this that can work for people with thick, bushy beards? In general only fingertips can apply enough pinpoint pressure to have any effect.

      Since you're not gliding on the skin, but rather waiting for the tissue to release under your hands, facial hair should not be an obstacle.

    Hi Rachel, i really need some help. I am having severe pain on the inside foot arch and i cant get it to go away and i want it to go away. Can you please do a foot massage video for arch?? I dont think its pf as its more central / front.
    You are amazing and this video helped me relax for bed. Thankd :) ❤️

      Hi! With severe pain, I recommend seeing your doctor before anything else. You'll need to know what's causing the pain and whether or not it's safe to massage.
      I'm very glad this video helped you relax for bed!

    Every time I do my face yoga, my jaw. Does that pop rather? I move it through the left. Or to right when I trump up and down, it's normal here we

    Started yawning immediately! My arms always ache when i massage the face, any suggestions to help this? Thanks

      That could be from tension. Before massaging your face, try rolling out your neck and shoulders, shaking out your arms, and relaxing them down, taking a few deep breaths and feeling the weight of your arms dangling at your sides. You can do this again at intervals during the face massage, if you notice your arms getting tired or achy. Alternatively, you can try this massage lying down, face up, with your elbows propped up and supported by pillows.
