    Now that story had some real depth to it...
    It has it all- the deathly silence, the repugnant smell, a face to face encounter... and the "mind speak" then- we have Vince's uncle acknowledging the presence of not just one... but many Sasquatch living in the area.
    And- the icing on this cake is...
    His warning to Vince.... about things much WORSE than BF lurking in the woods.
    IMO his reluctance to even speak of it beyond that brief warning, conveys undeniable authenticity... as this "speak no evil" rule is pretty much a standard with those who lived their entire lives in remote environments conducive to such unmentionable "wildlife".
    And for good reason as, to speak knowingly of these things within their range of psychic/energetic perception/reception... is the same as calling them up on the phone & hanging up on them lol
    The uncle's warning about other more dangerous things, should be taken seriously by everyone who loves the outdoors-
    Why?
    That which hides in the shadows of unknowing presents a far greater threat than anything walking in the light of familiarity.
    Thanks for this video DW... love stories that "give you something to chew on" :)

    I’ve seen them for myself, in south Mississippi, where I grew up on my dad’s farm. I’ve had the feeling of dread come over me many times, and I believe they have a way of projecting that on to you. But I have also experienced an unexpected feeling of calmness, being happy and feeling safe, all in the exact same area, for no apparent reason. I use to think that the feeling of dread came from what some people claim to be infrasound. But thinking back, and trying to understand how and why I would sometimes get this bag of mixed emotions thrown at me, I have no idea where it all comes from. But the same thing could have happened to this hunter, and that’s why he didn’t freak out and run back to his truck in a panicked state.., I don’t know, really, it’s just a thought... But they are definitely in this area. I have family members, and close friends that have encountered them as well. As far as other things being out there that we have never been told about, I would absolutely agree with that. Because once you have laid eyes on something that was not supposed to have existed, you tend to believe that pretty much anything could be possible.

      @@darkwilderness2392 no, I can’t say that I had ever seen anything when I experienced those feelings of mixed emotions. But I have heard things that I couldn’t explain. I can remember once getting an uneasy feeling in an area where I use to rabbit hunt a lot, and I heard the sound of what some people might call the knocking sounds, but this was more like a faint tapping noise coming from somewhere really close by, but I could not locate what was making the noise... All while getting a really eerie feeling. That was a really creepy experience.

    • @darkwilderness2392
      @darkwilderness2392  4 месяца назад +1

      @@airadaimagery692 I hate that eerie felling. I spend alot of time in the woods through summer, fall and into the early winter. I don't spook easy, like at all, but tracking a deer for my uncle last year i had that overpowering "we have to get the hell out of here" feeling. My uncle (new to hunting) picked up on that feeling as well, even though i didnt show any concern. Kept cool to keep him from getting even more sketched out and we ended up pulling out. Not because of the feeling but because i tracked the deer 2 miles across private, onto public and then it crossed into a reserve. Walk back sucked.

      @@darkwilderness2392 it sounds like you experienced the same thing I had experienced many times before. I’m 52 now. And a lot of my experiences, without ever seeing anything that I could definitively say was a Sasquatch, all happened when I was really young. I started hunting at the age of 9, and Sasquatch/Bigfoot wasn’t something that was even on my radar until I hit my 40’s.
