    I love the contradiction that Canada prefers young people that could contribute more years to the labor force of Canada but that same persona has first to prove that they will not stay in canada

      If you want to use it as your proof of funds or home ties, then yes it needs to be in your name. Otherwise the owner of that property can be your sponsor using that property as POF, but that needs to be explained in the SOP and is also not enough as the only POF.

    I am an Electrical Design Consultant with 30 years of design experience in building services and infrastructure networks up to 34.5 kV, currently working for an International Engineering Design Firm as a visiting consultant. My question to you is, all Canadian visa officers know very well that 99%of students go to Canada for dual intent, that's studies + PR. Apart from that the Canadian government is inviting all International students to apply for PR under the Atlantic province program as they want to further develop four such provinces, so then why don't you mention in the SOP the intention of the Canadian government? Moreover, if all the students go back to their countries then how the Canadian government shall fulfill the Atlantic province PR program?
    Awaiting your feedback
    Have a nice day. Engr.BMR

      Hi,
      that is a very good and interesting point. Yes it is controversial that you should mention in your SOP that you will go back home but they want students to stay. It seems to be better for people from most origins to say that they will go back after studying when it comes to the approval rate. That does not mean that you can't mention that you want to stay in Canada, some people do, and do well with that.

      @SLE - StudyLiveExploreCanada Greetings: Hello,
      As per the rules and regulations of the Canadian IRCC, S-1 visa is granted to the students for their study permit, and under this category, the students must leave Canada upon the completion of their studies until and unless they are approved to stay. So that's why the visa officer has to be satisfied that all foreign students shall leave Canada for which they need to show strong ties back home in the form of property, and savings in the bank accounts. Thanks for your feedback. Regards
      Engr.BMR

    Thank you for the information which has proven to be helpful😊. I already have Masters degree from a University in my home country, Can one take a Post Graduate Diploma of 2 years in a Community Collage in Canada as a specialization?
    (In short is it safe to apply for visa with a Post grad diploma or Post grad certificate after taking Masters)
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi, I am 21 years old and I am currently living in Oman with my parents (family visa), I got an offer letter from Humber College for a diploma in Interior Decorating, and the class starts in January, I will be applying for a study permit soon but everyone says it is difficult to get visa approval from a third country, but I do not have any other option. I studied in Muscat from 6th to 12th standard and went back to India for college to study interior design but unfortunately due to covid I couldn't continue my degree so I took a TC and came back to muscat last year November. I also have work experience as a design intern in my dad's company, so can I say I will return back to muscat to work in my father's company or should I say I will go back to my hometown and that my father also will come back to India so I can work with him?

    Basically, in your study plan, you just need to be the next Earnest Hemingway for that one hour while you're writing. Make the truth false. Make the false appear true. The better you're at it the more chances you have. In the end, hop on your semi, hats off to your English teachers, blow the pipe, and adios amigos to family ties. That's right suckers. Hit those Snowy highways and greet the fellow ex-international-students-who-all-turned-ice-road-truckers.

      Hwllo Jaizel, that's sad to hear! Actually my mg students ako sa coaching ko na naka agency din before and I pick them up kasi nga hindi nagalaw un application nila, so ayun na doblehan pa sila ng gastus tuloy, hindi na tlaga gumalaw un sa agency nila, pinag submit ko na sila DIY na tlaga atleast kaw nkakakita ng progress ng application mo, so hopefully you can sort that out sa agency mo, if not I am more than happy to help you out!

    Please as a married man and at the age 33 years with 15 years study gap can I use a sponsor to proof fund. My overall expenses is 23,000. Please what is your advice?

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  Год назад

      You can always use a sponsor, however you should have a good amount of savings to show as well. Sponsors are more an addition, not a primary proof of funds
