    Hello! thank you always for your informative videos. I just wonder if my chances of getting a study permit and student visa are high if I apply for PSW (personal support worker) but my bachelor's degree is liberal arts related. Would it be possible? As far as I know it is highly recommended to pursue a course that is related to your prior major or work.

    Helllo dear MC . Would like to know if for a nurse the student visa is rejected once for the reason that we are not able to convince the immigration officer that we will leave the country after the study. And another reason the chosen programme is not reasonable in the light of the academic records, experiences and stuff? And probably the very next intake we are applying, what things have to keep in the mind In the SOP.

    Hi MC and everybody here!
    So I already have a bachelor degree in education and have been teaching for 5 years but I always feel this is not the job that I really dream of and I want to change my career. So I plan to apply for a 1-year undergrad diploma program in hospitality and tourism. Is that possible for me to get the study permit?
    I've consulted to an education consultant he said it is better to take post-grad diploma program rather than the undergraduate one because it is kind of lower than my current education. But it is confusing me more as i intended to shift my career from education field to hospitality.

Pwede po ba ako mag shift into culinary management? Our business is operating since 1994 and since when i was studying in college tumutulong po ako sa all around task sa resto po namin, pwede po ba ito ma consider na mag aral po ako ng culinary sa canada? paano kopo ba ito idedefend?

As much as possible I dont want to be an accountant because I think its a difficult pathway for me and the tuition for masteral will be soo expensive. Can you tell us what a good course would be and in-demand?

    Hello, please with regards to a nurse choosing a nursing program and giving the reason for bridging the gap for education, is that not giving yourself away? Because if you are hoping to be licensed in Canada, that means 6will probably not return to your country.

    Hi I am a grad of hotel restaurant management with job experience I am having a hard time to choose my course. I am also thinking to pursue medical field since I got really inspired on our front liners during this pandemic. I am scared that shifting to a different filed might slow or deny my application. Would it be much better if i'll study the same field and just pursue it in the future once I got my PR status?

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  4 года назад

      Hm it depends. You also don't want to apply for something you already studied.
      If you really want to change your career and can explain it well, maybe also based on personal background, you can still get approved. Nursing is competitive to study but jobs are in demand. Studying something else first seems a bit like a waste of time. You can keep that as option B :)

    Thank you so much for the video! I have a quick question: if my bachelor's is in business administration, do you think masters in human resources or masters in public administration will look good in SOP? and if the gap between studies is 4.5 years what are the chances?

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  4 года назад

      Hi, thanks glad you like it :)
      Yes that should work out. The gap is ok but make sure to attach a good resume with your application so they see what you did. Explain why you want to study this program now, based on your bachelor, your work experience etc.
      Then you will be fine 😀
