Hi, Ms. MC. Been watching a lot of your vids recently as I'm planning to study in Canada. With all your partner colleges, may I ask what is your most recommended when it comes to tuition fee affordability and location? TIA!
Canada is one of the few nations that offer job opportunities to international students who have graduated from Canadian universities or colleges and have obtained a Canadian degree or diploma.
Additional question Ms MC.

Good day po Ms MC. Regarding sa Sponsorship. Okay lang ba na hindi mo kasama sa bahay yung mag sponsor sayo? For example, nasa Alberta ang sponsor then sa NBCC mag aaral ang student.
Hello your explanation is really very good and straight forward. I am an English speaking Cameroonian but can speak French. I have a teaching diploma ,and a Bsc in physics.Presently am a high school physics teacher. But wish to do a two year diploma course in power engineering ,which requires a high school transcripts. From your own personal experience, what are my chances of being taken.Am equally a part time worker in an energy company
Hi, thanks for your feedback. sounds like you easily qualify for most post-grad diplomas, so your chances should be pretty good. Make sure to explain why you want to study again and which program, when you apply. I have some resources and schools on my website here as well: www.studyliveexploreca.com
hello MC. hope your dping great. we've been following your videos, and gave us alot of tips. planning to study at Canada for two years. just curious about the total amount of POF that i need to have if im a goin for a two year program.
Hi Coach MC, thank you for this. But, would 1 year TF paid and GIC enough? Do we also need to defend where we got the money for GIC? Thank you! Appreciate all of your videos! God bless.
do you need to show bank statement as fund proof before every academic year of your course starts or if you show it once in the beginning for full course(example: 1 year living expenses and two year course fees) program it's enough as proof?
Yes two years of Tuition and 1 year of living expenses should be enough. You only have to show this once to get your student visa. Once you are in Canada they wont ask anymore, you just have to pay haha :)
@@studyliveexploreca Hi there, In addition to the question above, Are you required to provide proof of funds when you're going to extend the sp from inside Canada? cause i have read from the government website that the Financial Sufficient is only needed for the first year of studies only. I urgently need your input. Thank you :)
Hi Coach MC, I have watched ur videos and I have seen that u are from UAE before, just a question regarding proof of funds, I actually took a loan 4 years back to use for my Flats, Now I have been provided by my accommodation and got the money back and will using it as a proof of funds applying, would it be a issue if I stated on my SOP that the money was from my Loan 4 years back and it has been my savings that I used for my accommodation deposit and have payed the loan already. because as per ur videos putting a chunk of money on ur account is not good... thank you so much...
Hay mc thanks for this I have been bengie watching. I loved the pay ur tuition with part time job video and with this I now have a better knowledge of my budget. I do have a question for you though if I only have 1 year tuition fee secured and I plan to work part time and on the summer to get next years tuition fee would you say that is a good plan ? Because it Is very difficult to get two years tuition fee for me.
Thank you for watching! It really depends on your expenses and part time income. Not saying its impossible but can be challenging for sure. I recommend to do some research on what your expenses will roughly be and possible income, and then you'll see.
You talked about sponsorship concerns your Sister, pls I want to know if someone's sponsor is not a family member, and he or she is willing to sponsor..Then, what is the process of handling this ?
Hi, Is GIC one of the options or Is it madatory for every canadian student to invest in it? Coz if we hold our money in our account, it could be convenient and withdrawn back whenever needed, even post landing, if I could suppot my monthly expenses via Part-time. Advice please!
May I know what is the better time to open an account with GIC? I have already a bank account in the Philippines, I'm currently working here in Taiwan as Household worker.
Hi, Check the terms and conditions of the GICs on the banks websites. A GIC is probably most helpful if your proof of funds/ bank statement is not very strong, authentic... Its a very safe way to proof your funds, and might give you some benefits like interest payments as well.
Hi. As you've mentioned, you have a son. Do you have any idea if I would be studying there and bring with me my husband, for how many months or years could we get our son?
Hi, can you recommend to us international students who really wanted to study to take a loan? Are you familiar with MPower Financing? Because I am considering it. Any advice? Thank you
Hi, is it possible to show two sponsors? and if there is a cash deficit in my bank account can I show it through personal assets and sponsors? For example, If I have 10,000 CAD in my bank (cost of living) but my college fee is 16,000 CAD ..Can I show proof of funds for the 16,000 through assets ( Jewelry, car and sponsorship ? Also, if I have a friend who is a permanent resident of Canada and she is willing to sponsor my living cost (rent) for the time period of my education, will this be a good idea and increase my chances to get a study permit ?
Thanks a bunch this was so helpful. I've been considering an MBA with Memorial University which is a two year course but I only have POF for one year tuition and living expenses. Do you think that will suffice? Thanks again.
your welcome. 1 year of tuition and 1 year of living expenses is something but more would be better. It depends on the costs overall. You have to explain to CIC how you will fund your entire stay and tuition. If you don't have all the money yet, at least provide a realistic plan on how you will pay once your savings are gone..
Hi, I like your videos, I have in my mind NBCC or NSCC and your channel is a perfect to me, very useful. Did you study in Dartmouth? How was your schedule in NSCC Regards from Peru
Hi, I am glad you like it. Hope it helps you a little bit ;) I went to NSCC in Kentville, its about 1 hour from Halifax. My schedule was usually from 8:30 to 3:30, sometimes less. I heard Dartmouth is a good campus though, its closer to Halifax (if a city is important to you)
Your channel provides most valuable content. To the point and super helpful. What part time jobs are you doing? Can I enroll in a bachelor's program or any cheap education program at the age of 32?
An official bank statement yes a bank certificate. It should have the opening date of the account, your transaction history for the last 4-6 month and a stamp from the bank. The more official the better.
Hi, no I went through the regular stream. See here: www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/study-permits/direct-stream.html You need a GIC for it.

Dear with SDS and GIC still we need proof of funds? And also plz cover how can we be able to bring spouse n kid together on work permit.. and proof of fund for that

Hello ! I’m planning to send my son for school in NBCC , besides the student permit what else should I apply for to come with him considering i want to work. And how much will be my finacial declaration
If your son studies on a study permit, you wont get a visa as his mother. You will need to have a work visa/ study permit for yourself if you want to go as well.
If you go with your son you don’t get work permit and you don’t have the right to work its just a temporary visa that you get and needs to be renewed every year .
very informative video. May I have a question: from my program's website, it just shows the total amount of tuition of the program, which lasts for 20 months. So, how can I calculate the tuition of the first year? just calculate by ratio? thanks

Hi MC, it's really good to watch your video. And i do have question, if i take 2 years program of study, should i show the financial proof for 2 years (including tuition fee and living cost), or just 1st year proof is enough?

@@studyliveexploreca Thank You sooo much❤ Now I feel very reassured and happy. Big fan of your videos
Hi Ms. MC. Thanks for this video. Really helpful :)
I have some questions lang po. Regarding GIC, If I'm gonna apply for regular stream only, and opted to buy a GIC to have a strong proof of funds, is this enough na po? Or do i need to show bank certificate/statement? Or is the GIC only applicable for SDS?
Thank you. :)
Good day po Ms MC.
I have some resources and schools on my website here as well:

hello MC. hope your dping great. we've been following your videos, and gave us alot of tips. planning to study at Canada for two years. just curious about the total amount of POF that i need to have if im a goin for a two year program.
Question
If I'm paying first year tuition fees and making a GIC of respective amount (SDS) should I still provide my bank statement?
It depends, we need to assess you first, please connect with us - facebook.com/studyliveexploreca
Hello Ms Mc,do we really need to have a GIC?or we can skip this part?pls let me know ur thoughts
Hi maam May I ask po is an insurance considered as an investment?
Hi Coach MC, thank you for this. But, would 1 year TF paid and GIC enough? Do we also need to defend where we got the money for GIC? Thank you! Appreciate all of your videos! God bless.
As per what CIC requires, but the more the better
Great information
do you need to show bank statement as fund proof before every academic year of your course starts or if you show it once in the beginning for full course(example: 1 year living expenses and two year course fees) program it's enough as proof?
Hello MC, so the sponsorship strategy will work only if the sponsor is in Canada? What if my sponsor is in the PHILIPPINES?
Hi,
They can be in your home country too, just make sure to have a strong relationship and explain well why and how they are going to sponsor you.
@@studyliveexploreca thanks alot.
That can also work. The stronger the relationship the better though.
Just make sure to explain well why and how this person is sponsoring you.
Hello!
If my PhD program offers a minimum funding of CAD 20.000 per year, can I use the letter of acceptance with this info to prove the funds?
Hi,
If that is money you fill definitely get, then yes
Hi, Is GIC one of the options or Is it madatory for every canadian student to invest in it? Coz if we hold our money in our account, it could be convenient and withdrawn back whenever needed, even post landing, if I could suppot my monthly expenses via Part-time. Advice please!
May I know what is the better time to open an account with GIC? I have already a bank account in the Philippines, I'm currently working here in Taiwan as Household worker.
Hi,
Check the terms and conditions of the GICs on the banks websites.
Any advice? Thank you
I will not advise taking a loan to be honest - rather save up.
@@studyliveexploreca mga after 10 years pa po ako before makapag ipon ng ganun kalaki. 😭🥺
Hello ma'am..what about co-op savings is that accepted?
How was your schedule in NSCC
Regards from Peru
Hi, I am glad you like it. Hope it helps you a little bit ;)
I went to NSCC in Kentville, its about 1 hour from Halifax.
My schedule was usually from 8:30 to 3:30, sometimes less.
I heard Dartmouth is a good campus though, its closer to Halifax (if a city is important to you)
I'm in the US, if I use the FAFSA to get student loans to pay for my tuition and housing, do I still need to show that $10,000?
Your channel provides most valuable content. To the point and super helpful. What part time jobs are you doing? Can I enroll in a bachelor's program or any cheap education program at the age of 32?
There’s no age limit on getting the student visa here in Canada. You can send an email at advisor@studyliveexploreca.com for assistance 😉
Hello. Do i need to provide na po ba ang bank statement & bank certificate before I apply? Thanks..
An official bank statement yes a bank certificate. It should have the opening date of the account, your transaction history for the last 4-6 month and a stamp from the bank. The more official the better.
Didn't you study in Canada through SDS? How much proof of fund if I want to study in Canada by SDS program? Thanks so much.
Hi,
no I went through the regular stream.
See here:
www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/study-permits/direct-stream.html
You need a GIC for it.
hi, .. id like to ask u if what program did u took in NSCC? and how many years is it? thanks in advance. nice videos by the way, keep it up.
Hi, glad you like my videos, good to get feedback :)
I took the Business Administration Program with a focus on Accounting. It was a two year program (but accelerated to 1.5 years ) :)
Your program was two years in your proof of funds did you show proof for the two years or a year plus the 10k$
Can I present my fixed deposit certificate plus my statement account
MC, if I get a bank loan and keep the money for 4-6 months, do I still need to show proof of origin? or is only if the money was deposited last minute that you have to show it was a loan?
It depends, we need to assess you first, please connect with us - facebook.com/studyliveexploreca
Hi just want to ask how long would be the processing if I go through GIC program? Can I make it by January 2021?
Hi mc! Sa proof of funds:
1.san bank dapat mag open?locally or dyan sa canada? Good b if US dollar account or peso account?
2. Ok b if may bank dito sa pinas and then GIC?pede rin pa overview ang GIC and how to open?salamat.stay safe kau dyan.
"proof you paid tuition and housing fees"
I need:
GIC cad10k;
Plus 1 year tuition;
Plus money for 1 year of housing fees?
Is this right?
Or are housing fees included in that 10k?
Hi =,
the one year housing fees would be in the 10k GIC. But of course the more funds you can show the better.
@@studyliveexploreca Sry to be repetitive. About GIC. You just do the bank stuff, cad 10k, done. But bank account you need 4 (better 6) months of statements, sooo much more burocracy.
Is it right. GIC is just that easy?
Dear with SDS and GIC still we need proof of funds? And also plz cover how can we be able to bring spouse n kid together on work permit.. and proof of fund for that
Hi, GIC is just a form to proof your funds. You always need to proof your funds and with more family members you simply need more. See here:
www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/get-documents.html
Can you explain more on sponsorship
So, how can I calculate the tuition of the first year? just calculate by ratio? thanks
Hello Jim, usually informations with regards to their tuition fees are not accurate as it changes without prior notice. You will know once you get LOA from the school. If you need help in school search and program admission kindly send us an email at advisor@studyliveexploreca.com for further assistance :)
Hi I am new to your chanel and I find it very informative. Me and my wife are planning to go Canada on a student visa. My question is: if we include a sponsor in our visa application, does it really mean that our sponsor will actually be obligated to support us while in Canada, or is it just to be used as an additional document (affidavit of support) for our application?
It depends, we need to assess you first, please connect with us - facebook.com/studyliveexploreca
Hi MC, it's really good to watch your video. And i do have question, if i take 2 years program of study, should i show the financial proof for 2 years (including tuition fee and living cost), or just 1st year proof is enough?
Thanks for your feedback.
You should at least have funds for the first year of living expenses and the full tuition for two years. You might get the permit with less as well but thats what I recommend to be on the safe side.

Hi ma'am, were you in Dubai during your entire application in Canada? Did you go home when you were interviewed for your visa? Thank you...
I was in Dubai yes. I did not have to get an interview. I think usually there is no interview for a study permit.
@@studyliveexploreca you meant to say that to obtain a student visa, the visa officer will not interview the sp applicant? Just only presenting the docs needed, ma'am? Thank you for your response...
Hello, i love your videos, super helpful but i m a little loss with GIC topic, i mean i already have my study permit and already paid all my program and next week i will travel to Canada but I dont understand what is a gic and where I can get it???
If you already have you visa then there's no need for you to get a GIC :)
