That's the plan! In November I will be doing a two day class on "How to Recover from a BBL", but there are courses for all procedures coming over the next 6 months.
i think it's insane that TTs & BBLS are Outpatient & Hospitalization is not necessary
When I started medical school patients who had their gallbladder removed were hospitalized for about 5 days. Today it is an outpatient surgery where patients will go home the same day of surgery. This is all data driven. Many, many studies over the years comparing outcomes between inpatient and outpatient surgery has shown patients who have outpatient surgeries do better than those having surgery in the hospital. Obviously not all surgeries do better as an outpatient and for those surgeries they are still performed in the hospital. When I went to Dubai and considered doing surgery there they were shocked that I sent patients who had a breast augmentation home as they usually admitted them for a day or two. It is safe and a better recovery with less complications for a TT or a BBL or a BA to perform it as an outpatient.

What position do you wake up from surgery since you can't sleep on your back? Are you placed on your back or front?
All patients for every anesthetic, regardless of the type of surgery, are woken up on their back. This is because anesthesia has to make sure the patient is breathing and safe before removing the breathing tube. The anesthesia provider's biggest concern is always patient safety along with correctly and safely managing the airway. It is their first priority. Once the patient is awake, and breathing without assistance, and can protect their own airway the patients can safely be turned onto their tummy.

If I am getting a bbl + tummy tuck, would I still be sleeping on my stomach? I know sleeping on sides is not recommended as there was some fat grafting done in the hips.
If you sleep on your stomach you will kill the tissue on your tummy and end up with a huge wound. It would be a disaster.

Awwwww 💔, you don’t do armpit liposuction. That’s probably the one thing I dislike most of my body 😔
It is dangerous to lipo in the armpit. If you have fullness there it might behove you to see your family doctor to see if there is breast tissue there that a breast surgeon might remove but I would start with your family doctor.

If the medical insurance pays for a panniculectomy would a physician consider doing a TT if the patient pays the price difference?
Personally I do not take insurance but I would find a plastic surgeon who does and see what their policy is.

Hello,
I'm normally a size M/L in faja. When ordering the 2 fajas for after surgery, do I get a size smaller or stick to my regular size?
Figure out the size that fits you now, and then go down one size for the post-surgical garment. I would get two of those--one to wash and one to wear for use after surgery. Then you can heave them tailored afterwards as you shrink and if you really shrink a lot then you will buy a faja one size smaller at that point.
I have had 2 c-sections due to hypertension and had a thamalic stroke back in February. Now I quit smoking for 4 months and lost weight bmi is now at 25. I wonder if I can get a bbl 🤔
Congratulations on the weight loss and smoking cessation! However, I would not suggest having a BBL with a history of stroke.
The doctor says that we should not sit after 2 weeks after the surgery. But, after that, can we sit on our buttocks? Or how long does it take to sit on my buttocks?
No sitting for two weeks after surgery and then sit for the next two weeks on a BBL pillow and then it is ok to sit normally.

You might if you are experiencing fibrosis. But it is best to begin to wear it two weeks after surgery and use the roller as well from day 1.

Weird sensation is normal at this stage. Best to touch and roll to make sure it doesn't get worse or last longer than it needs.

There is no hard core age limit--it varies from patient to patient.
Can lumpy lipo results be fixed? (I had arm lipo 5 months ago and only had 1 massage. My arms are a little lumpy now.) Is there anything that can be done to break that up?

Roll five times a day. Half of them firm and the other half with high vibration and very light pressure moving the fluid to the inguinal lymph nodes. Those are the drains and with fibrosis there is a lot of fluid in the scarring.

Really bad.
There certainly are clotting disorders with a higher risk of developing blood clots, but I would still not suggest having elective surgery with thrombocytosis for concerns of developing a blood clot that could lead to a pulmonary embolus.

I have a question. I've had 2 rounds of lipo. The first was just on my stomach and flanks. The second was my stomach and back and flanks. I want a bbl this time around. Can I get the bbl?
I doubt you would have enough fat left for a BBL after two lipos.
@@DrWilliamMiami what if I put on more weight to be able to get the bbl? . Is there an alternative to a bbl to achieve the bbl results? Besides working out.
All the weight for just go to the internal fat as your external fat has been removed with your liposuctions. Only alternative is buttock implants.

You can do a BBL and a BA at the same time. It is ok for you to lay on your tummy after a breast augmentation.
