Wawoo words can't express the joy I get whenever I see a notification that you uploaded a lecture for me I call it so, because I have learnt alot thru this channel and for" free" thanks Doctor william
My surgery is coming up with Dr Williams..This help me to prepare myself for bbl.Thank you Dr. Williams for taking your time to educate us better about this procedure!!Can't wait to meet you,Sir!!
Hello Dr. William - I understand that the BBL is a popular procedure. But, If I may ask...could you please speak on the Tummy Tuck procedure and if you still perform the same lipo 360 (like in the BBL) along with the TT (TT10). I have reviewed a 2 videos on this topic and in one you stated that the patient wanted a BBL but you told her she did not need it and instead to get the TT10 (lipo 360 same as the BBL). Then in a video maybe a year after that you stated that you could or that it isn't a good idea to have lipo to the abdomen with a TT because of it restricting blood to the scar and may cause necrosis. Please clarify this because I am scheduled with you to have the TT10 (same lipo as the BBL). Also could you speak on lipo to the pubic mons?! Thanking you in advance.
Sometimes it is confusing because all the terms are separated like saying lipo360 and BBL. A BBL INCLUDES lipo 360. But the bottom line is you can have a TT/BBL performed together at the same time, or have a TT/10, or have a TT2 and then 6 months later a BBL.
Really needed this...42 yr old it's really important for me to go to the best for the best results for myself...cant wait to schedule...wonder how booked out you are...but doesn't matter
I really enjoyed this video, very informational.. only thing, the spokes model was just so annoying lol but I’m giving this a thumbs up for Dr Williams.
please do video about tummy tuck and the combination with a bbl and in which case it is possible to combine this surgerys and in which not and what i have to know for aftercare etc. i heard so many things about it, that i am confused at this point. thank you very much. i appreciate it.
You can do a BBL with a TT at the same time, but it is a very difficult recovery because you cannot sleep on your tummy, sides or back-- I don't know how patients manage to sleep. I always recommend to do a TT first and then in 6 months have a BBL. I think you get the best results, the lowest complications and an easier recovery this way.
@@DrWilliamMiami I think she meant and we would also like to see a podcast on everything you need to know about both procedures combined, when done together at the same time. Theres lot’s on both topics but not much on the combined procedures in one.
So I've been watching your videos and I absolutely love all the information you give especially for woman like me interested in doing these type of surgery. My question is this i wanted to get a breast Lyft, reduction, as well as a bbl and tummy tuck. Should I go for the reduction with my doctor then go with you for the Lyft, tummy tuck & BBL?
IT's up to you. I do breast reductions as well but I can't do a breast reduction at the same time as a BBL. I CAN do a breast reduction with a tummy tuck but not with a BBL.
No sitting for 2 weeks after surgery, then you can sit on a BBL pillow for 2 weeks and then you can sit normally. BUT, this is important--if you find that after these 4 weeks you are still firm in the Butt then I would not sit for another 2 weeks--only on BBL pillow and then after these 6 weeks you can sit normally.
Very informal video! Thank you, for educating the community about procedures like this. My question for me to you would be… How much does it cost to get a BBL?
THC, coffee and dairy can all hurt your hemoglobin. Not for everyone but for those who struggle to keep their hemo up those things might be the culprits responsible for hindering your iron absorption.
I know this is an older post so I hope you can answer. I’m thinking about getting a bbl I have a history of hormone positive breast cancer and currently get a subcutaneous Zoladex injection in my abdomen monthly. Can I get my Zoladex in the back of my arm for the month prior and month of or would it be better to skip those months?
I can't advise you on medications from another physician--I would consult with your physician as to how to manage your medication peri-operatively. Zoladex is not a contraindication to a BBL however.
I love your information my surgery is In February, I’m 5’3 and lost 29 Lbs so far I’m nervous that I my body is soft . Gonna to more strength training dr Williams would this be good or taking Collegen?
Dr William, I heard of "fluffing" stage of BBL. Is it myth and how would you define "fluffing" if it's true. I know 30-40% percent fat won't survive and swelling will go down so results should be expected even smaller. Anything we can do to improve results
Dr. William, I recently had a Awake BBL (3weeks) to try to fix my dimples/dentsI have in my Butt. I was told by the surgeon that he was going to be able to fix them but he wasn’t. I still have both dimples/dents :( and I’m very disappointed with my results. I’m going to schedule a consultation with you in 3 months to see if you can please help me. Thank you.
I am of course happy to see you but keep in mind that sometimes it is just not possible to fill in the hip dips completely because the tissue won't completely expand.
Actually I got surgery with Doctor William and they really don’t tell you how to take care after the BBL he told me it would be better for me to get the tummy tuck first and then the BBL cause they don’t know how to take care after wards and keep in mind Miami Fl doesn’t requiere Surgents to have a insurance if something happens after your surgery and the staff is awful since they have there own way of being and acting I think this surgent gets paid too much$$$$ for him to have a better clinic and professional staff this is all money for him and propaganda they didn’t put my faja they just send me with a binder and don’t leave Miami with your drainage cause no one will want to take it off
Not true. Its better to get lipo first imo you get a more defined tummy tuck. And I agree they tell you very little about how to take care of bbl. The reason why is bc they really don’t know how! Its not really an exact science. My best advice ignore tht feeding the fat myth. Keep your weight stable. And get a personal trainer to show you how to work out with out losing your booty. Also find ppl on RUclips who have maintained their results and follow their regimen
Do you do fat transfer breast augmentation? I’m interested in a mommy makeover. BBL and breast augmentation. Possibly nose 👃🏿 job. Love this new show format.
I do not transfer fat to the breasts--I only use breast implants. I do not do rhinoplasties (nose job) but would not suggest combing a nose job with a BBL.
@dr william miami @behind the mask The avoiding waist trainers advice is kind of misleading. How can a faja work but not a waist trainer? Please explain the difference between the two? I see plenty of post op dolls who wear waist trainers after they stop wearing the faja and it keeps their waist line looking good.
With most of these diet suggestions, good or bad, they are not usually that important because you need much higher doses of whatever substance is in the food; so it's not usually an issue. Patients don't eat 32 papayas after surgery so a few slices is not going to have any affect.
so why is no one talking about seizure patients the meds ETC ? was wondering how this would be for a person with this type of disorder > I have a friend that has always wanted to have bbl & breast augmentation and this is what has stopped her from moving forward . Can Dr Williams please talk about this and educate us on it please ?
I have type I diabetes why does the BBL can’t be done on a patient with type I Have a second BBL in a different state but what’s the risk I’m very manageable with my sugars and take care of my health and dietary needs
It's because in the state of Florida it is not legal to perform a BBL in an outpatient surgery center on a patient who has type I diabetes regardless of their A1c or how well they control their glucose levels. Florida state law.
Not yet. The ogee faja has only been out for 7 months but we are planning to sell it globably but that takes a little work to work out all of the taxes and duties etc.
Thank you Dr, mine having my surgery 6th July but no advise from my Dr , from the Netherlands to America is a long way for you to do my surgery for me 😥
Smokers have more mucus production so there is an added risk of a mucus plug blocking an airway. A smoker's airway is also more reactive meaning a higher risk of laryngeal spasm as well. For longterm smokers COPD is a problem and in those cases we defer their surgery because that interferes with their oxygen levels in their blood.
Hello Dr. Williams, if I may ask please, if one has a thyroid nodule/cyst (but thyroid levels are normal) can you still proceed with Bbl? Thank you for all the great info! ❤️
Theoretically with any patient we check thyroid levels and if ok then we proceed with surgery but it is always good to have a note from an endocrinologist clearing the patients for surgery. As long as nothing interferes with the airway then it is good.
I do not operate on any patient with any type of blood disorder including Glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency because we are performing elective procedures and try to achieve the most minimal risk.
I cannot give specific medical advice on this channel, but just ask your surgeon or your primary care physician what they recommend.
