I am 3 weeks post op and had two seromas … the massage therapist drained it through the incisions and it was soo painful but I felt better after…. I am struggling so much with this foams the board omg😩
I would not suggest having a massage therapist drain your seromas. You should only have a physician drain those. It is against the law for a massage therapist to drain a seroma, or open an incision. If the incisions are already open right after surgery then it is fine for the therapist to move the fluid out of those openings--that's what we want! But they should not be using needles to drain seromas or opening up a closed incision.
I had a BBL 2 years ago and every now and then I get sharp pain in my right hurt cheek especially when sitting down. What could cause this? It seems like the pain is deep within.
I would check with your surgeon. For my patients, I explain that sharp pains are related to nerve regeneration and in most patients they disappear after a year but I have certainly had patients who experience sharp pains for much longer.
I think I'll save my money or just do a little lipo. That was way too scary for me. I don't think I am that lucky. I would be devastated to experience any one of those issues.
I have a hernia above my navel that was repaired with mesh but it's trying to come back and I want my belly done. I'm so sick of not being happy with my body.
please can you do a video for massage therapist! We need more information how to serve the BBL clients who are scared of their fat dying or benefiting from massage or vibration, or IRF heat, good or bad when and when not to use certain techniques what is true untrue false misleading ? What are the timelines for different massage applications ?

Dr William is it possible in the future to be able to get a revision after having cellulitis abscess? Due to lost of fat in the area after being drained ? Pls pls answer !
Dr. William I had my surgery in 2020 and I still have a seroma on the left side of my belly, and a wrinkled stomach from the faja. My bbl looks good but not my stomach and I want to correct this issue. Should I get liposuction again or a tummy tuck?
I would see your physician and have them get an ultrasound to see if you have a seroma and if you do they can drain it as well but I would discuss with your surgeon.
I think I have cellulitis on my right thigh where I had fat grafted when my bbl was done. It burns....hard...and I get shooting pain after week 2. But then again I just got into my faja one month post op so I have no one to blame but myself. It’s getting better tho. Complications are real and not the surgeons fault.
@murielle yea I had a tummy tuck with my bbl so I had my drains in for 2 wks to avoid seromas.... and it worked....I’m healing beautifully so I think it didn’t hurt me as bad 🤷🏻♀️
Who did you operate with, they told me that's what I need but I'm afraid to do them because I don't know how to sleep and I understand that Dr. William doesn't do the 2 meetings but the coordinator said yes
No that’s not a good Ideal. If you have Diabetes and High Blood pressure you have Endocrine problems that are not safe for this surgery go to the gym before you kill yourself
Dr. Williams, my question is .... I have butt but little hips.. I want to have fat transferred to my hips. Is this still called a BBL and are the complications the same?
I have a lot of upper belly fat and is thinking about a liposuction. I am 58 years old and healthy except for being anemic all my life. I use to have extremely heavy periods. Can I still have an abdominal liposuction. I am awaiting your reply. Thanks
I wish i had find you before, i had surgery 1 month ago and i developed fat necrosis, i was really scare, and my hip dips are back. It was almost all my upper buttocks and hip dips, very painful and gross. I feel like all the injected fat came out of my body and i got no BBL.
So it takes at least 12 months to heal - 👀🧐in 12 months you could’ve just grow your own glute muscles in the gym with no side effects 💜 no judgment I just believe the possible side effects are not worth the butt..

Yes 🙌🏾 that’s why I came here I’ve been calling his office trying to see if he did seems crazy to me that most of the “popular” plastic surgeons don’t… Seems like all they do nowadays is Bbls which is cool I get it. But what about the other patients that’s depending on good plastic surgeons for other conditions.
🗣🗣🗣🗣I called his office and it is very hard to get a “real nurse” or knowledgeable staff member over the phone all they do is text your phone about BBL‘s and tummy tucks and liposuction offering discounts and pressuring you to get these things. It’s sad that that’s what this world has become. I remember reading or hearing about Dr. William story and why he even became a plastic surgeon. So that’s why I thought he could help🤷🏾♀️ Plastic surgery it’s not just about making someone’s Ass and Breast bigger! There are people suffering with other things that need reconstruction surgery such as Hidradenitis and other medical needs. Now it’s all about the quick money and I guess asses is selling so who cares about the other people who really needs a good doctor 🤷🏾♀️ All they care about us money I guess fast money easy money 🤔very sad What happened to the doctors that cared.
@@AdrenaShaunate0325 dr Miami staff def gets back to ppl I get my fat transfer done by him in December if you want the number I’ll be glad to give it to u
Interesting ,,, thank you so much for this wonderful information !!!
Glad it was helpful!
Start speaking positive into you life. Too many beautiful women thinking the dont deserve the good in life.
@@Artaviaa um no. This surgery isnt good for anybody except dudes tht wanna pump and dump you thats it and leave u lonely at the end
Same. I’m going to just get lipo and build my booty in the gym.
The best surgeon 😍😍
I like all of your video's!! Keep up 💪
If you have one of these complications, can you still continue your massages?
Can a person with Diabetes get a bbl? And are they more at risk for complications?
Thank you for your time and knowledge.
My pleasure!
SUBSCRIBED.. You are an AMAZING SURGEON 👨⚕️ .. I would love get tummy tuck and breast reduction
Hello, Dr.Williams do you recommend a patient get BBL if they had umbilical hernia repair without mesh?
Lol I think that person has other things they need to worry about. 😟
I did!
I have officially found my surgeon! Just gotta wait to have my final child and then I can close up shop😆
Me too due in Late October
Me too lol 2023
very informative
can you please talk about fat grafting to the breast ??!
Thank you for the suggestion
@@DrWilliamMiami thank you for responding
Thank you! Very informative
Glad you you enjoyed it!
What's the best thing to do to minimize fat necrosis, keep oxygen through? Love your videos! Im from Australia and am learning so much from you! Thank you!
Don't smoke or drink well before or after procedure. Then Pray because it just happens to some people.
No BBL here I support all who needs it but there’s another way to go about this. Sweat and tears in the gym. I promise you this way is better. Just with time and patience. 🙏🏽
Thank you Sis I’m right with you
Exactly
I doubt my butt could
ever get that big with exercise. I don't mind though. I don't have big boobs so I would look weird with a huge bum.
Exercise ISNT gonna give u the look of a BBL and i wish pple would stop saying that. YES you can grow your glutes in the gym, but BBLS look TOTALLYYYYYY different ijs. i used to want a BBL and am soooo, glad i got over it... my booty changed on its own lol
@@Kizzabell exactly there are limitations to exercise
Hola y como se trata un paciente que tiene diabetes tiene que bajar la glucosa antes de operarse gracias saludos desde Puerto rico
I really like your work.🥰😍
Wonderful doctor
Dr William is it possible in the future to be able to get a revision after having cellulitis abscess? Due to lost of fat in the area after being drained ? Pls pls answer !
Hey, my good friend just got her BBL procedure. Here's a video on it hope this suits you well!
Very informative blog however I wish you could have expounded on fat embolism.
Stay tuned for Part 2
How much is the high BMI you take for tummy tuck
I just had my bbl almost 3 weeks ago and my right butt or hip hurts like it’s hard sore, how long did ur pain last ?
So did u stop wearing ur faja, and what care did you do for it
Do you think as A Doctor.. Should A woman have A BBL if they are A Diabetic or Have high blood pressure? Or if she has Both at the same time?
No that’s not a good Ideal. If you have Diabetes and High Blood pressure you have Endocrine problems that are not safe for this surgery go to the gym before you kill yourself
Dr. Williams, my question is .... I have butt but little hips.. I want to have fat transferred to my hips. Is this still called a BBL and are the complications the same?
Same thoughts also
Thank you for the information
My pleasure!
Why don’t you use drains for a bbl?
So risky infections
I have a lot of upper belly fat and is thinking about a liposuction. I am 58 years old and healthy except for being anemic all my life. I use to have extremely heavy periods. Can I still have an abdominal liposuction. I am awaiting your reply. Thanks
Make sure your hemoglobin is above 12.5. A good Dr will tell u your blood levels and where they MUST BE! BE SAFE
Is this surgery safe for a 48 year old diebetic who's diabetes is controlled with metformin and jardiance ?
I had fat necrosis my round one . I’d like a round two. Would you recommend it?
I wish i had find you before, i had surgery 1 month ago and i developed fat necrosis, i was really scare, and my hip dips are back. It was almost all my upper buttocks and hip dips, very painful and gross. I feel like all the injected fat came out of my body and i got no BBL.
I am sorry to hear that.
I have a bad lipo burn on my left lower abdomen how do I take care of it?
Thank God I was fine
So it takes at least 12 months to heal - 👀🧐in 12 months you could’ve just grow your own glute muscles in the gym with no side effects 💜 no judgment I just believe the possible side effects are not worth the butt..
Facts 💯, say it again for ppl in tha back
Not all people will be able to go to the gym and grow a butt. I know women you are very fit and don’t have much butt. BBL should be the last resort
@@Samahsings even then, there's so many health benefits that come with working out tho. A bbl/cosmetic surgeries only look good at certain ages. They can only last for so long, but in the name of beauty. It's what will make that person better.
@@coffeebean4356 Bbl/cosmestic surgeries have been around forever. It is just now getting popular in the US. With any surgery you have to maintain. BBL is not a weight loss procedure and you have to change to a healthy diet work out to keep up the results. I know people with bbl's from brazil that still look good 20 yrs later.
@@coffeebean4356 My comment was not an attack. It was just adding to your statement. With that said It doesn't matter if it is new information or not. All of the extra stuff you never stated in your first comment was not necessary. I disagree with "surgery only look good at certain ages and only last but so long". That is not true If you keep a healthy diet and workout to keep up to the results. Just like keeping up a non surgery body, if you don't work out you will look sloppy and it will look bad. I do agree, some people will not follow. Have a good day.
You’re the only doctor I know that’s very informative and you know a lot but I know this is something different but can you do a video on fat grafting vaginal labia area? Complications before and after if any? Can fat embolism happen with that procedure? is it permanent? I see some doctors perform it but they don’t go into details about it procedures like you do.
Lose weight and the "fat cat" will go. All complications from being lazy are merited. Be proactive.
Wow love it thanks 🙏 GOD bless u
Welcome 😊
Where do u injection to fat above the muscle or below we need a video to know which one is safer
For many years now I have only injected ABOVE the muscle. I only inject above the muscle. We know the risk of a fat emboli is high if we inject below the muscle. But here are the videos on BBL Complications ruclips.net/video/v_6PZ4AufKM/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/SdnVo0J2d5Q/видео.html
Thanks for explaining this
You are welcome, glad you liked it!
Do you recommend bodybuilding after 6 months bbl and lipo 360
