Another amazing Mre review. Love this channel MeAncient. You and Ace are a great pair and interesting. Btw nice fish on that Ace video the other day man.
He has another one coming out soon with some fun fish in it, for sure. We caught and ate some pretty cool fish while on Grand Cayman. Be sure to watch his 2nd channel for new uploads from time to time. That's where I believe he will be publishing the last 2 Cayman videos we filmed. TFW!
This one snuck up on me. Wonderful as always. I have a few cases of the MRE Stars. Got them on sale, tried the exact one on turkey hunt last year with my son. Enjoyed the video!!
Now there are a lot of MREs in Russia, both for the military and for civilians, for those who go hiking and camping, the range is huge, which means that the filling differs depending on the tasks, and of course the prices, but when we go hiking we usually take meat and vegetables and fry them on coals, well and of course beer with a guitar 😁 it's also delicious to wrap potatoes in foil and bury them in coals and bake, then add butter and green onions 😍
Greetings from new hampton iowa! I'm thinking about starting making videos after much inspiration from you and your 2 sons. Thank you for everything you have done! From your service to raising 2 honorable sons, and now your entertainment you provide
Another great comparison video guys. I was surprised to see the sugar cookies in both MRE's. The smaller cookies looks like shortbread cookies I used to eat as a kid. They were always good. Glad to see that your doing better, Me Ancient. I heard Ace say that your back was having some issues. I pray that you're completely healed. Always enjoy watching your videos, looking forward to the next one. God bless you both.
Thank you for your prayers. They are really appreciated. I have completely recovered and am back to my swimming routine. I ate the small sugar cookies, my wife liked the lemon infused cookies. Worked out just right. TFW, as always.
Great comparison. Interesting new items like the "nut mix". Goulash looked superior to the "soup".🤣 Nice that they were both new although I love seeing the old ones. PB and J is really cool! Good vid Sir, Thanks!
Hello from Idaho again! Just out of curiosity sake, how many mre's do you keep? Do you hold onto the leftover components or throw them away?? I keep everything!
These MREs look great. This Star MRE seemed different from the usual, in all the best ways, but the main was too soupy for me, so I'd personally go for the goulash. The peanut butter jelly sandwich is just a nice bonus. Also, the sugar cookies looked good and made me want to bake some myself. Thanks for another great video.
Hi from Hong Kong. I really love your show, especially the one of MREs from other countries. I haven't seen all your show - lots to catch up on - but I hope you can do some Asian MREs. Also, I don't know if you still do it, but when you say there's no protein in lentil or chickpea dishes, there is. Also, I would really like to see which MREs contain the most plastic.
It's always fun to see rations I haven't tried in my time of service. Question tho. Do you purposely tear off the smallest bit of corner on the cheeses and peanut butters so it squeezes out so slow.
Those new mres are kinda cool there getting some interesting sides going on it will be interesting how these new one fair in say 20 years or so will thay be as good or not...anyway another great video pops and ace keep up the good work and as always god bless

any idea on the weight of each MRE? I checked the Star site, but it didn't say I was wondering how heavy they are if I carried a few for a backpacking trip
I remember grandma always had smarties in her purse and would give em to me and my brother during church to keep us settled down when we were little kids
I love those kind of memories. When we visited our grandma, she would give us grands each a quarter to put in the plate as it went by. She didn't 'do' candy much......
In your past videos the powdered drinks would not dissolve like the Europe MRE’s . I found that by adding a little hot water just enough to dissolve the powder you can get a complete mix of the drink.
