This Debloat Toolbox No Longer Works on my 4k FireStick. Keep getting a connection fail message that says "Try-re-enabling USB Debugging in the Firestick settings, but there's no USB Debugging listed in the settings.
Go to settings -->My Fire TV -->About Then click (I think 7 times) on your version of the firestick. It will start a countdown when you get close and tell you that you are about to be a Developer. Then go back one level in the menu and there you see "Developer Options"

There is no other device, so I toggled debugging but am still getting the same error message." Any suggestions?

I just bought a new 4k fire stick. I ran this tool and now it will not load. When you turn it on it stays on the fire tv screen. Any ideas how to fix it. If not I wasted my money buying it. I have unplugged it several times and still nothing.

Before I could turn off and on with out any problems, now it keeps prime off and well not allow me to use prime content.
Yup, it has issues. We have to be very careful what we check off. I had the reverse situation, the main reason why I wanted this DB tool was to stop Amazon Shopping which is a huge drain on the memory. Tried but ran into issues, now my Firestick is frozen. Gonna have to try to factory reset it using an app on IOS. If that doesn't work this thing is tra$h!

Great videos as usual. Would you know how to remove an icon from my Home Screen on the 4k max. I uninstalled RUclips tv a while back and I guess Amazon stores the app in the cloud and it is showing up on my Home Screen. I would like to put another app on my Home Screen but the RUclips tv icon will not go away. I can’t uninstall because it’s not actually on the device. I tried the move option and the hide from apps option . It does go away when I do the hide option but it comes right back almost instantly immediately. Any help would be appreciated. also Just purchased your app closing app too from the Amazon store. Great stuff Doc. Keep up the great videos

When i load the debloater there are no options to select. I only get options if i click the eye for system processes. And my firestick doesnt show it say fire os. It also never pops up the allow adb like the instructions show and ive installed it 3 times. This app does not work anymore

I want to keep the screensaver but after 20 minutes the whole system goes in the sleep mode the screen saver turns off. Is there a command in this application that will turn off sleep mode without affecting my screensaver?
Very nice update… this time around I blocked Amazon prime! It hasn’t work for a few days anyway because they now require an update for me to access it , and I wasn’t going to fall for that trick! If I allowed for the Prime update, all the good work that we have done together (the Wolf launcher etc) would be history. I can certainly afford to be without Amazon prime while enjoying my fine tuned 4K fire stick! 😄 #debloat
Hi. I am using your excellent debloating tool on my FTV4k and FTV Cube. Updates get blocked and I can use another launcher. But it seems that blocking the updates for the os also blocks updates for prime video? All FireTV devices (without blocking updates) in my house already got the new prime video gui. Only these 2 devices dont get. It seems it has something to do with your tool. Is there any solution?

Prime is a part of the OS, so if you are blocking system updates, then you wont get the latest version
