The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

My health threw a spanner in the works again for a couple of weeks. So, it was 6 months of forced inactivity, then 2 weeks or so of working out, and then inactivity again. Hopefully (fingers crossed) I can now get back to getting my fitness back! For August, I've decided to go: 2 days of cardio or pilates workouts, then THIS workout here, rinse and repeat. Let's see how long it takes before I can use heavier dumbbells again!
@@BurpeeGirlLiss Thank you! Some years ago, I worked my way back to fitness and strength after 10 YEARS of walking with a cane. In comparison, this should be a piece of cake!
Workout #2: 1st I did the new kickboxing workout also posted today... So far today I have consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 236 calories... I ilused a 10Lb dumbbell for most single dumbbell moves and then 8Lb set but fir the last round I used mainly a 5Lb set... Well I'm hot was out of breath lol but not sure about those bumbers... What did you guys get if ur tracking... My green smoothie today is green cabbage banana pineapple strawberries flax oil & chia seeds blended with water... Have great day everyone!

I'm a regular healthy person that is never on a diet. I'm pretty happy with my body given my age, two pregnancies and no gym. Also, you can't really change your body type. I've always had a thicker waist... Might as well accept it!🤗
