I have made wine too. So it’s like the One Step cleaning powder? We plan on getting the Blue Technology system with the infrared technology along with the canisters.

I can even use this . method with those walmart camco filters?
Possibly. I’m just not certain of the flow rate with those filters and whether the product would make it throughout the coach. Very possible though.
Maybe I missed it, but were you hooked up and running through your city water connection? I would assume so. Consequently, I would think that this would not sanitize your freshwater tank, just the water lines within your rig. Obviously, as you indicated, it also hits your gray water tank on the way out. Also, how often do they recommend doing this process?
For our setup we could simply valve over to our fresh water fill to sanitize that tank.
I generally sanitize twice a year. Once in the spring and again around August. BluTech recommends every 3-4 months if you’re full time. I’d say that’s about right.

You fill the fresh tank with this, wait 15 mins. And then run each faucet for 15 mins and have a sanitized system?
So you did nothing to sanitize fresh water tank. Just the lines.

So how are you sanitizing fresh water tank?
We’ve never used our fresh water tank but sanitation would be simple. Flip our fresh water fill valve and run until full. You may have to use another packet. No need for us but this info could come in handy for others.
This looks very easy. So how much flushing before you drink the water?
With bleach, it generally needs to sit in the tank and lines for 12 hours to effectively kill the bacteria. I would like to know what chemical they use to effectively kill bacteria in 15 minutes.
Sanitization is instant. 15 minutes is needed to reach all lines and water heater.
