    What other tips do you all have about giving report?? I'd love to hear them!

    This was the best advice! My preceptor and the nurses I’ve given report to are so frustrated with me on this and I feel so much more confident now! 🙏🏻

    The part that always trips me up is the labs/test because i am a new grad and don't necessarily understand what everything means.

    • @vanessanwo
      @vanessanwo  Год назад +1

      Yess I totally understand that! It takes time to learn what certain labs mean. You’ll get the hang of it!!

    What is a core?

    • @vanessanwo
      @vanessanwo  9 месяцев назад +4

      That’s a great question! “Core Measures” are standards of care for certain conditions!
      For example, a hospital may have a standard set of steps that are taken for all patients admitted due to UTI.
      Hope that answers your question!!
