She says that the O2 Saturation of 84 was when admitted to the ED, but later was 93, expected for patients with history of certain lung or breathing problems … , so don’t panic !! :)
Ummm... they didn't even discuss chest sounds, SOB, coughing/sputum or the patient's use of the incentive spirometer. Garbage report with relation to the patient's actual diagnosis.

This is a 7pm handoff and the nurse told the daughter that the doctor will come by "later this afternoon" to discuss results. Inaccurate depiction.
