This is great. As a nurse working with EPIC, certain things I found that helped me was documenting education and careplan after getting report. While studying the patient chart, quickly chart the education and care plan which knocks off some of the required documentation

I’m in long term care but these tips still apply like do more than one thing when you go to your rooms. Also, anticipate problems

Excellent recording! I listened to every word and even though I’ve been working, this is a nice refresher

Right! In Cameroon 🇨🇲 1RN is preparing sterile dressing, 1 vitals and medications, 3rd charting, referrals and documentations. Lower back pain is a major issue for us here. The pay is on God😭😭 I wanna migrate

Great tips. I have been a travel nurse for some years now and continue to learn new things everyday. Lately we have been getting floated to the floor and having 6 to 7 patients with a 100 meds can be overwhelming. So thanks for the tips/ advice!
