Hi Ashley ! Thank you for this. I used to be so nervous about giving ICU report during my internship one thing I really never got was how to know which labs to report to the next nurse? Some I may think abnormal but nurses dont care about them.Since there are so many draws, also I hope you do another report sheet with multiple pressure wound care? Especially multiple tubings as I had so much trouble w that
