When I first read Frasers The Golden Bough, I couldn’t help but draw comparisons to Apocalypse Now. The old priest king being slain by the next priest king, Colonel Kurtz (old priest king ) and Captain Willard ( the incumbent priest king ). Notably the Golden Bough is featured amongst Kurtz book collection . During the clean up operation after the helicopter attack on the village, of which Willard was present, a cow is seen air lifted during a Catholic Mass.
Later when Willard assassinates Kurtz, the old bull god, the scene is interspersed with actual footage of the sacrifice of a bull / ox. We all remember Kurtz last words, “the Horror “ and then Willard , the new young bull king, emerges.

A fantastic monomythic ending to this VoN. Afterwards, I opened up the latest Special Issue of New Dawn magazine, read an article called 'What the Bee Knows... Shapeshifting Priestesses, Plants & Bees', and there was a photo of an Artemis statue like the one you talked about at the beginning. It said, "Artemis of Ephesus was worshipped as a bee at the full and new moons by priestesses called Melissonomoi, the head of whom was called The Beekeeper". They look like bumble bee eggs to me, especially in that hexagonal formation. Anyway, another amazing VoN synchronicity for me. Thanks Thomas!

I've said it before and I'll say it again.........I Love the VoN music. There is something very special about it.
When you spoke about the sacred cow, I thought about all the people out there who have rejected what the cow offers.... Dairy. Not all because of lactose intolerance or adherence to veganism.... many are using dairy substitutes like Almond, Coconut, Soy and the very popular Oat milk because of wanting to fit in with what is being offered, the PC thing to be doing. I kinda think this rejection of dairy and what the cow offers, like you said, is very telling.
It is akin to the archetype of Time or Cronus, that it seeks to make of man a walking monument to ignorance, and within this perpetual darkness can this force that Abrahamism reveres more easily control a dependent and utterly subservient Man. To take away meat and dairy, even eggs, is to become wholly dependent on the fickleness of the seasons and the gradually diminishing quality of top-soil. I spoke to a farmer some time back, and given the modern drainage systems and the encroaching orbit of urbanisation, he stated that we have perhaps ninety good seasons left and without supplementation by natural manure then we may have nine good seasons left. The cow and all animals that provide us with the foundation of sustenance are sacred and a necessity to the survival of civilization.
The managerialists know this, yet they seek manipulation of this truth to thus project forth their lie onto the world. A slave is born of the womb of ignorance, and is shackled in the prostrating position of slavery by the whip of dependency. Break the dependency, mental and physical, and one breaks the back of slavery. This dawning Aion will make pigs of us all if we are not careful; humanity is at the cusp of waking from this dream or descending further into a most terrible nightmare.

Amazing good work. The bull veneration being undeniably linked to the rise of human prosperity is profound. The enemies of man are aware of this and know that weakening the human connection to this knowledge and giving false notions about cattle is key to keeping humans down. Aside note..interesting that the animal chosen to venerate in chirstianity is the sheep and the animal chosen to demonize is the bull. The sheep being an animal that has a great many uses but utterly dependent on protection and care of shepherd. The bull demands respect simply by it's very nature. Nothing against sheep but easy to see why the bull is seen as a symbol of virility and power...no contest.

I got a right bashing for daring to contradict a person who investigates leylines, he said there were no earth quakes in Yorkshire, because i disagreed i got a full rundown on his qualifications and expertise, when i posted a news paper article proving him wrong, he had a meltdown.

I live close to Maiden Castle in Dorset, a huge 50acre Iron Age hill fort, surrounded by very impressive Earth mound fortifications. I have an hypothesis that this was a very secure Kraal for cattle rather than a settlement. For one thing there is no obvious access for water inside the ‘castle’ unless they bore down into the chalk possibly to dig a well. It is at a high point on the Ridgeway so would be less troubled by tsunami or water logging, there is no significant evidence of many fire pits that you would have in the presence of crowded habitation. The surrounding area (Dorchester) was built around water meadows . I think the Dor in Dorchester/Dorset could possibly derive from the presence or management of water (dwr in Welsh/ancient British). But my thinking for this would be the ancients herding their most valuable assets, the cattle, the herds being able to graze the meadows during the day and locked up at night or when marauders or wild animals were present. It is also located at what I think may have been an important transport and trading hub with only a couple of mile walk to what would have been a very secure and sheltered anchorage in what is now Weymouth and Portland. This would be perfect as a staging area where animals could be rested after or prior to shipping, cos they had to get here somehow.

There may even be an African something in there. One of the oldest city's on the west African coast is called Cairn. And it's got ruins of a huge drommel, the only other place they're found is in Ireland and cairn itself being a Gaelic word with no other examples of it being used anywhere else in Africa.
Knowing what I know about climatic events and the fact the oldest megaprojects in Europe sit on the west coast of Eru, what I've learned more recently about DNA. Hi Thomas! Just some trivia, If you are referring to the Artemis that lies in today's Ephesus/Turkey, that is a depiction of Artemis that only exists in Anatolia and nowhere else. It is said to be an ancient Anatolian deity re-purposed as Artemis. Her temple in Ephesus was destroyed, interestingly, when the Hagia Sophia was constructed they took some pillars from the Temple of Artemis. We used to call her boobarella as kids, that's fascinating that it could actually be honey instead! She is truly stunning, I try visit her every time I'm in Izmir!
My main theory currently is that the color of the sun now is due to the weakened magnetosphere and changes in the upper atmosphere, outside of human control... Second would be the sun itself
Science logic dictates that either the sun has changed or something between the sun and the earth has changed. There could of course be an incredible supernatural reason like 'dark energies in the atmosphere'

I would suggest a good start to learn more about paganism, history, mythology and life in general will be found in Thomas's immense knowledge and wisdom contained in each and every episode of VoN as well as all the books he has authored. It'll be the best education you'll ever get.

Brilliant. Ave. My educated guess on the untranslated Irish history books is they contain a creation story similar to the voodoo account so banned by the popes. Yes the voodoo loas or gods are indeed archetypal forces voodooists believe they were and are actual beings created before us who were sent here to create our forms later given life by god and instruct us. The popes are so afraid of people knowing that first oldest story they did their best to completely erase but still survives worldwide. I may have a publisher interested. I was considering posting a scanned manuscript on substack but the pope has me locked out still. I read every voodoo book when you still could tho very few did and was shown how all the pieces fit together, which makes more sense than other later creation stories do. I had no idea theres no Irish creation story! I kept asking everyone but never got an answer. I just assumed people dont care or dont like me and wont talk. Of course thats what is in those books. The sun hasn't changed colour Thomas and it's pretty easy to confirm.
Film is generally produced at a colour temperature of 6500 kelvin, though there are some slight variations in bias (warmth for portraits for example). The colour balance is a standard, geared to 'mean, noon, midsummer daylight' for somewhere like Washington DC. The colour temperature changes through the day however, from a blue balance at midday to warmer yellows after sunrise and before sunset.
The colour balance hasn't changed either as flash guns and bulbs are also geared to 6500k. And although prints can shift colour over time, typically becoming a really obvious blue or red tint, slides generally don't.
@PQRModel, Hi, To the naked eye the Sun is not as orange or yellow as it was 20-30 years ago. Your comments are interesting but are from a photographic standpoint.
@@Baz-11-soundsout I think you missed the point: they are from a measurement standpoint (against a fixed colour benchmark).
And from an artistic standpoint... how anyone can claim to remember (and know) a definite change in colour over 20-30 years is subject to memory, and we know that can be misleading.
In Thomas's case he refers to the colour of shadows in paintings. He's a learned, smart man, and an artist, however the colour of the sun (and its shadows change through the day according to sun angle as well as atmospherics).
BUT what could have changed is something people are spraying into the atmosphere, to change the colour characteristics (like barium, aluminium etc.). ;-)

@@sunny9233 both systems aren't in sync - the tropical is usually different from the sidereal so it could be those using one system are reporting Aries and another reporting Pisces, (since these are both right next to each other astrologically) and the two systems often have that slight misalignment based on various factors - this would be my best guess at least
