Our premiere episode introduces our international team to the cold fields of Norway’s distant island, Svalbard. They head out for their small haven in the snow, Outpost Fristed, just as a storm settles in.

Just got ahold of this podcast. Fantastic voice acting and story so far! I'm already invested.
Well apart from 'spooky American accent that doesn't exist in real life trope but is dragged out every time for Lovecraftian audio' but everything else is superb..
This is some wild The Thing meets We're Alive and I am all in.

I watch second wind, and also love audio/podcast horror (the Magnus Archives, the Pleasant Green universe) as well as horror set on frozen wastes (Sunless Sea, the Terror). Your marketing is eerily well-targeted!

I've been listening to the white vault since it first came out. It's brilliant guys, just finished the last episode of goshawk and was gutted to hear how long until the rest of it comes out 😂 I realise it must take a lot to make it. So I'm re listening from season 1 to get my WV fix and I'm glad I did as I've already picked up stuff I somehow missed the first time listening. I'm also going to have to buy Iluka and the other spin off series 😂 I totally forgot about them!? 🤯 Again, really great podcast guys. Keep up the brilliant work 👏👏👏👏😍

Excellent story telling. The voice actor for whatshisname (kastner?) has Batman voice going on, kinda can't take him seriously BUT still LOVE
Actually this just makes me wonder more about the casting and voice acting. Like, obviously the folks with accents have to fit those well but what about mr batman voice? Did he workshop this and decide this was what he wanted? Did he hear the other voice actors? Is he doing a physicality while he speaks? Did they all record separately and never heard eachother ? Or did they record together in some scenes? As an actor, it's an interesting choice that makes me think.
Hey! If you look him up, as he does a lot of voice work and even has his own RUclips, you'll find that it's just how he sounds! We personally love his voice and love working with him, and we hope you grow to like it like we do. Hope you enjoy the rest of the show!

Nope. We have all our podcasts available on general podcast apps, but we also upload to RUclips so those who use RUclips can also listen. We know that Google Podcasts has been a bit of a mess, though, so we never recommend that platform for listening to our shows.
