Tpa3116d2 is only 100W class d amplifier, when using in stereo configuration you get only 50w for per channel.
Why did you remove the heatsink? It is serving an important role of keeping the thermals down for maximum performance.

Yo también me fui con la finta de que decia 100w + 100w , pero como venía mi modulo com el disipador flojo lo retire en su totalidad y o sorpresa solo un circuito tpa3116 tenia , al revisar el datasheet este dice que un solo tpa3116 brinda 50w + 50w , pero si suena muy bien y si le metes graves a un canal y agudos y medios al otro suena muy bien , pero si recomiendo poner el disipador con su respectiva pasta .

I watched all the videos on your channel. Nice artwork. I have two 10W 40mm 4 Ohm subwoofer. Is an amplifier for LVpin838. So the point is to add a 50 watt amplifier to a 10 watt speaker, would it sound good? Or can I play it in a lower voice? Please guide

the output coil is very much undersize.mine turns burning hot during normal operation.i believe its not normal .choose the kit with bigger output coil.

@technicalkumar . You inverted the polarities for the speakers . Thats now how you connect the speakers.
Its not 100+100 because board has only one 3116... That's why it can only generated 50+50 Max at 24V-5A

those speakers were out of phase, and also never plug in a live wire when you screwed in the cord to charge and amp they were live, think before you do!

Hi man please answer me. I built a similar system using 2x 9v batteries, tda8932 amplifier and 20w 4 ohm speaker. However, it sounds super low. Is it because 9v batteries can't produce enough current for amplifier to produce high power for speaker? Or what would be the issue. Because I tried using 12 v 2a ac dc adapter but it makes buzzing noise on speakers...

The real power is: W=(Vpeak x 0.707)squared/R. In your car you have 12v, the power is 8,484volt squared = 71,978256 split by impendance of speakers 4ohm or 8ohm.

with 12v supply you can't deliver 50w output to 4 ohm
Exactly, as watts = volts X amps, with I being V/R you get 12/ 4 ohms i.e. 3 amps, therefore watts are 35 tops video is total crap. Why the hell did you pull the heat sink off?
Also, with tone and bass controls, the vid is nothing but a joke. Get a scop and start doing the numbers, V in V out, frequency response etc. If you want read and learn about amplifiers and electronics in general subscribe to Elektor a Dutch magazine, superb projects and run by people who really understand electronics.
