Hi friends, in this video I made a power amplifier with mp3 bluetooth. This amplifier consists of 2 channels using the amplifier board that I made in the previous video ( • DIY Stereo Amplifier u... ).
Each channel uses 1 pair of final transistors (NJW21193 & NJW21194) with a maximum supply voltage of 45vac from the transformer. But in this assembly I use a 5A 32vac transformer.

how did you removed the noise coming from that bt decoder module?
😊Everything is good, but the transistor that converts from 12v to 5v heats up over time, so a fondant-type cooler must be installed.

Not using a grounded cord on a massive metal chassis like this is a cardinal sin honestly
Most audio equipments omit the earthing and go for a highly insulated transformer with sheilding to reduce any humm or ground loop. U will see many song Yamaha amps with no ground they do it to avoid any noise from the earth leakage of other appliances to be injected into power ground or worse signal ground.
They dont use grounds on 240 v supply systems. Hes in indoniesa

Your mains should be double insulated if not using an earth. that includes the transformer, which is clearly not, and none of your mains connections are sleeved. Your switch and fuse connections should be wrapped and soldered to the terminals for a mechanical and electrical connection. Its a shame really, because it could of been a nice build.
