what bout grounding ( phones have 4 poles for jacks and this main reason to kill IC audio in phones cause grounding if done poor can loop back current to phones and damage IC audio leaving the phone mute/deaf)

Yup, misplaced connection among audio in, elco and potensio. + Audio should be swap with - elco on potensio.
