      what bout grounding ( phones have 4 poles for jacks and this main reason to kill IC audio in phones cause grounding if done poor can loop back current to phones and damage IC audio leaving the phone mute/deaf)

    This kind of circuit can make the speaker hot because it is connected to positive wire. Playing long will surely make the speaker to smoke and damage.

      Cara eu fiz igual o dele. E deixei tocando por mais de uma hora e não vi fumaça nem huma.nos autos falantes e nem no capacito e nem no tipe- 41
      E nem no potenciômetro.

    This circuit is so simple, but yet so powerful. I am using an FM radio kit, and on its own there isn't any amplification, so when you connect a speaker to the output, it is hardly outputting any sound. But with this circuit connected to the output, the speaker is now much louder, thanks. 👍

    Jalur dari sumber audio out jack, harusnya masuk ke ground dan kaki pinggir potensio, bukan kaki tengah potensio. Kalo masuk kaki tengah potensio, di posisi volume minimum audio out dari jack akan ter-short. Output jack audio tdk boleh di short.
    Kaki tengah potensio harusnya masuk ke kaki minus Elco (koneksi kaki - elco dan + jack terbalik).

    I did it, and it works well...just the pot not control de volume, it works like on (music yes) or off (no music), but the sounds is very good. thanks for sharing.

      For such a circuit NO specs are given - very strange - maybe he does not know. Many ask how much is the output power; the formula is Wrms = [Vs - Vce] / 2 / Speaker Impedaance
      so for 12V and an 8 Ohm speaker its barely 1/2 Watt[rms].
      In the comments he says 10W which is nonsene.

      Yup, misplaced connection among audio in, elco and potensio. + Audio should be swap with - elco on potensio.

      Você usou 5v ou 12v? Dependendo da tensão e tbm da amperagem o son vai sair baixo mesmo.

      Mas esse amplificador é. Um classe a então não pode ter muita tensão no falante se não queima a bobina.

      Also there is no Av - its just a current booster - it is not a proper Amp - output power is very limited..

      so for 12V it is not even 2 W

      Podrias conectarlos, pero recuerda que la potencia se enviara a dos altavoces, por lo tanto la potencia disminuirá dependiendo los altavoces
