Thank you Kieran for this drop & bringing mental illness to our community's attention & where they can start there journey to a better quality of life. As someone who is dealing with the mental inconvenience (that's how I perceive it being. A wrestling match between two thoughts. E.g. I want to skate this "whatever", but social anxiety prevents that happing & it's frustrating.
If there anyone out there who is dealing with the black dog, 1st.. "STOP DRINKING" & ask for assistance, cause it's a journey requiring more than I person.
