PRO TIP: Lawrenceburg isn't too far from the Alabama border, so you can save on sales tax by driving there for shopping. Call Heidi for help moving to Lawrence County, Tennessee and the surrounding counties.
Columbia Regional has taken care of my family really well. I dont live down there but all my family does, Lawrenceburg, Summertown, Howenwald. I love when i used to visit, its been about 6 years since I went down South .
There are restrictions in Tennessee. Every area is different. Check everything out on your own. Many people are seeing listings as no restrictions. Then they purchase and find out they have restrictions. If buying raw land check with the county and power company.
Such great advice! Buyers should always do their due diligence when purchasing land for a particular reason, that they can use that land for their intended purpose.
Hi Rachael, my wife and I are looking to move to Tennessee from Colorado within a few months or so. I’m a truck driver and my wife is in HR. We really need help in making a smooth transition when the time comes, but we need a lot of useful information; like where to rent first (it must be affordable) then perhaps where and when to buy. We need to be close to where the jobs are and close to just about everything else (if possible)....etc. Can you help?
Hi MB! Your description of where you want to live sounds like Murfreesboro may be a good fit for you. I have so many videos on my city, go check them out! I don’t show rental properties but I’m happy to advise you on the local area and help you purchase a home when the time is right. My email is rachael@tnhomesbyrachael.com
@@RachaelintheBoro : Hi Rachael, thanks for responding so quickly. My wife and I have no choice but to rent first, and when a good opportunity presents itself to buy a home then we can proceed. I’ll look at your videos and if I have any questions I’ll contact you. Blessings.
No…. You have to not be an idiot and maybe go around and warn your adjoining property owners. Tell them you are going to do target practice. Make sure you ain’t shooting in the direction of someone’s home and you are good to go. Warning the neighbors is a good idea for two reasons. 1. It’s polite. 2. Your neighbor might come running with their gun to help. No need to make them put on some britches and drive over.
I'm looking for 15 acres of land, would like to convert into a campground....eastern TN in or around the smokies....with an area that has a good in home care work. Any advice?

In TX your property must be a minimum of 10 acre if you want to target practice on your property. Does TN have a similar limit?
Beyond my expertise! I’d call the county you plan on relocating to find out. Thanks for watching!
