I just love everything she does and how she explains her reasoning for doing things the way she does. She’s become my favorite go-to on Instagram and here in YT.
The finished cake is just gorgeous!! I want to try this one day!!! Seeing you do it step by step makes me feel like I actually might be able to do this!!! Lol
Your videos are so good! They are super helpful and I love how you are like “this is real life just go for it”. Very down to earth and informative tutorials. Keep it up! Can’t wait to see the next one!
I wish I could add a picture. I made this yesterday and used a 10” cake layer with buttercream ruffles for the tutu. The laces on the bodice are a little uneven, but I’m happy with it since it’s my first try. Thank you Amy! 🙂
Thank you so much for this video and the crumb coat. I watched it a few times before attempting to frost and decorate a 9" 3-layer cake. I swear I couldn't have done it without your video and cream cheese buttercream recipe. 👍👌🙌 You rock!
hello. lots of love from Nigeria. Im absolutely in love with you. Ive come across your instagram videos and everything looks so quick and simple! but this breakdown and seeing you in this REAL form is amazing! you dont have fancy equipment that are far too expensive and hard to find! everything is easy to locate! thanks so much for all that you do
Wonderful video! I love using edible glitter on my holiday cookies. I have always just sort of dusted with the edible glitter. Great tip to pop the cake into the freezer and apply the edible glitter with a brush!!!
I love this so much!! I feel like watching you decorate each part helps you catch each little detail! You're so talented! I love following all your beautiful creations (asking with tennis and ballet here and there!)
This is a very pretty decoration and l love every bit of it. Pls, can you kindly tell us the nozzle numbers, you used through out this decoration. It will really make things easier and reduce, my stress and struggles when decorating as a starter. Many thanks!
Another great video Amy! I noticed you missed one of the little rosettes on the bodice with the sprinkle ball/drage but it looks so pretty, I'm sure the little girl you made this for was absolutely stoked!
Amy, you are doing great work and tutorial is so easy to follow! But one thing that makes it difficult and annoying is camera focusing on backgroung not cake
Hello, I saw your video on Harry Potter cake on Instagram and I would love to make it for my daughters 5th birthday. But it's to fast to catch everything. Could you give me some advice? Thank you.
Again I love your tips and advice but your camera needs better close up shots. Tell your camera guy to keep his pandemic safe 6ft distance BUT ZOOM THE CAMERA FOR THE AUDIENCE. 🤣😂🤣

Oh wow thank you!
Well detailed tutorial, I love it! Good for beginners like me ❤️❤️❤️thanks a lot

You have such a steady hand! And I love your jumper!

So beautiful, I wish I was the little ballerina receiving this cake.
Just recently discovered your channel. You are my new favourite youtuber.

Amazing 🌹
Love this cake !
Gorgeous cake 🎂
Thank you so much 😊
That's great....how do u cut the cake with straws in it and serve?
Beautiful
Hi Amy great video, how long do u freeze it between crumb coating and frosting
Amy, you are doing great work and tutorial is so easy to follow! But one thing that makes it difficult and annoying is camera focusing on backgroung not cake
Great tutorial! Do you get your scrapers from home depot or a hardware store?
How do you get your dragees or sprinkles to stick after you’ve put your cake into the freezer or fridge. I always struggle with that!
Do you do this when the cake is out of the fridge
How many hours do you wait after it’s frosted to cut the cake? Thank you for the great videos!
You can cut it right away if it’s not frozen. Or put it in the fridge and eat it anytime
When she said "I'm too cheap to buy one". I thought only I thought like that

🌅🌅❤️
How do you cut the cake to serve it?
How do you prevent cake sweating? I find when I work with a frozen cake it sweats after all the decoration is done.
Do you own a bakery...or a home bakery??
Again I love your tips and advice but your camera needs better close up shots. Tell your camera guy to keep his pandemic safe 6ft distance BUT ZOOM THE CAMERA FOR THE AUDIENCE. 🤣😂🤣
Cute cake, but the camera work of going blurry to clear so much is annoying and painful!
Is it just me or does she look like barbie
