@@OkieDeadheadno kidding, this week I found an old police report in Pop's handwriting... date 1963, Patrolman George Schramm, Precinct 103, location Jamica, Queens, suspect male, black, brown hair, brown eyes, the box was checked ✔️ on drugs, followed by a police code # that i am that I am unfamiliar with & then in the notes section it read: suspect has two thumbs on his right hand (I am sure if that was a physical description or police slang for theft or assault ... but believe you me... my Dad was in pursuit of a two thumbed man... it's like straight out of Silenceof the lambs (i can't make this sheet up... I got documentation) what the hell happened?... I will look up the code # & find out... strange days indeed... it's like he was in pursuit of the 'one armed man' as in the famous movie: The Fugitive
