    Ms. E, I have made several of this style of settings, following your tuts! However, I recently made the woven frame and the bail, w/inset....My stone is too thick!!! What did I do wrong? I am really frustrated!!!! Did I just get lucky selecting thinner stones for my earlier successes... Should I have used another wire to achieve the width I believe is required? I need help, Please! and Thanks!

      With thicker stones, you may need to weave a wider frame. But sometimes, I use a figure-8 style weave to secure the back to the frame like in this video: ruclips.net/video/7YLAEE0fHpE/видео.htmlsi=J44NUptO5wiaeoi_&t=1850. I hope that makes sense. Let me know if you need any more help. :)

    Where can I find the 20 gauge square copper wire and the 21 gauge dead soft half round copper wire used in your Wire Weave Pendant tutorials Parts 1 and 2? I searched the internet and local bead supply shops and was unable to find them.

      I only use round wire for this pendant, but if you’re looking for square wire and half round, I highly recommend craftwireusa.com or riogrande.com. Those are who I buy from here in the states. Hope that helps! ☺️

    Where would a beginner buy these different kinds of stones. .

      I’d recommend talking to Cassandra at Casdans.com. She has a lot of stones available. She might be able to put together a beginner package for you, too. ☺️

    would this work with a round stone?

      @ellieshandcrafted  3 месяца назад

      It should work alright. You just have to be mindful of how you set the back. Part 2 will explain more, but I don't see why you couldn't set a round stone. :)

    Is the weaving wire half round?

      It’s all dead-soft, round wire. Hope that helps!

    Your design is beautiful! However, the music is very off-putting & completely unnecessary. Those who are here to learn would prefer to hear and not have the distraction of turning the volume down & back up.

      Rude. Every one is different. Find one that doesn't have music.

    Great tutorial, I am having trouble hearing. Maybe use earbuds or a microphone for us older gals? ;-) I do in my Tai Chi videos.

      Glad to hear it! I do use a microphone, but I’m such a quiet speaker, it’s still quiet even after I’ve upped the volume… 😅
