I'm super grateful I came across your channel. I'm in early recovery and living in a sober house. I just moved in 1½ weeks ago so I'm still on restriction. Part of it includes reading a chapter or a story out of the BB each day and writing how you relate or your thoughts..etc My brain is still foggy so listening to you read and following along myself helps 100% cuz I can't seem to read on my own.
