I've had to train, exercise, and destroy the expectation that I was too small to keep up with men and women bigger than me. So when I see people who are blessed naturally with what I've had to work hard to get (strength, knowledge, charisma, confidence, etc) I get mad. How do you let your gifts go to waste? You might not know it, but what you have is what other people want. The only reason I've been able to keep up at all is because I was blessed with perseverance. Find and use your gifts. With a mindset of "it's okay to be weak," you're taking yourself out of the race before you even give yourself a chance to try out for it.

Every man should have at least some physical strength, but for us guys, mental strength is more important. If a guy is not very physically strong, but mentally strong, he will achieve much more than a guy who has tremendous physical strength, but lacks discipline, ambition, self-confidence, purpose in life and is generally weak mentally. Even an average physically strong guy can be STRONG. And only his own thoughts make him that. His real thoughts, not playing someone he's not.

It annoys me when I see people bigger than me saying it's okay to be weak. No, I'm not body shaming. I'm a petite woman, 5 foot 0 and barely over 100 pounds. I've had to train, exercise, and destroy the expectation that I was too small to keep up with men and women bigger than me.
So when I see people who are blessed naturally with what I've had to work hard to get (strength, knowledge, charisma, confidence, etc) I get mad. How do you let your gifts go to waste? You might not know it, but what you have is what other people want. The only reason I've been able to keep up at all is because I was blessed with perseverance.
Find and use your gifts. With a mindset of "it's okay to be weak," you're taking yourself out of the race before you even give yourself a chance to try out for it.
seems like your solution would be to stop worrying about others as much and how they choose to live, focus on yourself and be happy so you can enable yourself to help others. everyone has their own unique story and tragedy don't go about making assumptions that because this is how it worked for you this is how it should work for everyone else, this line of thinking is disingenuous towards everyone's individual struggles and will not spread 'good' in any sense. we are human we are meant to have limitations but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't always strive for better and constantly be pushing our boundaries
