i always considered the melee combat as like drake knocking them out instead of killing them, with the exception of anytime he does the neck snapping animation
@@kelvinguzman7344 it’s for those reason I also include knockouts, maybe I should have thought about a better channel name, video game termination counts, video game enemy disabled counts. Just doesn’t sound right 😆 but the plan was always to count anything in game that was took out or knocked out or blew up or destroyed that progressed the main campaign or is an enemy in the way. Otherwise if I was to count purely kills where a living person in game is killed, I imagine Batman would be a very boring kill count video 🤣😂
Back then, I only counted kills made by the main protagonists. It was to make kill counting easier as I was new to video editing and less kills (only those by the main player) made it easier. Now it is a decision I regret lol. Since august 2022 I started to count ALL kills witnessed in the game no matter by who. 👍

Yeah it took my a while to figure out the mechanic. I was trying to be aggressive to showcase an awesome kill.. but that ended up being a cutscene kill anyway haha. Thank for being here :)
