  • Hey Everyone! Here is a 34 minute raw and (mostly) unedited private Muay Thai class that I did at Phuket Top Team on Fitness street.
This private session cost me 700 Baht ($35 AU) and it was the first ever private class I did with Top Team in December 2019.
As you'll see, I'm a forever student of Muay Thai. In this class, you'll see all of the mistakes and the various combinations that I learn.
I hope that you can take some value from this video (i.e., combinations) and get some insight into what a private Muay Thai class looks like at Top Team.
    Enjoy :-)

Been following your blogs now for a while, just watched this one. Great stuff found it really interesting and was actually working along with the drills in my apartment. I'm 56 and been doing muay Thai for about a year, absolutely love it, I'm chomping at the bit to get out to Thailand as soon as its safe to do so and spend some time training. Thanks for all your videos and information you provide, great work keeping up.

@@BradNewton I've never been there but thanks to your videos I narrowed it down to the gyms I would definitely visit. I like tiger muay thai, Phuket top team and AKA Thailand. I'm thinking of doing 1 class and a private at each of these gyms before going back for a month of full training.

@@BradNewton Yes, it'll be my first time. I don't have a date set in stone, but I really want to train there. My favorite fighter who got me into Muay thai is Lerdsila and he is a trainer there. So that is how I heard of the place. I have a question, if I do private lessons only when I'm there, would I be able to hit the heavy bag by myself after the session?
