These are like the most commercial gyms with mostly foreigners. I would be looking for something else in Thailand.

Exactly right!
If you want hard training away from nuk muay's and crybaby prissy pants woman, stay away from these foreigner camps.
They are more about the money anyways vs. real training which is why they like foreigners that bring in thousands of dollars.
