I was 19 years old and trained there 3 months. Amazing life changing time. Thanks to the trainers back then who a lot of them still work at TMT. Also the original founder "Big Mac" William. Partly because of that experience 15 years ago I am what I am now and have what I have now. An amazing life in paradise.

Watching Kru Lai killing these young grasshoppers in other episodes reminds me of basic training in Parris Island. He is beast when it comes down to his training. Good work guys and excited to see him on other episodes.

This is standard MT training/sparring in ref. to kneeing.
I also wanna try out for team tiger Muay Thai 😭but I don't have the money to go to Thailand .I'm currently 2-0, If I were given the chance then I would definitely go there right now! These guys are lucky
